★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. All hiking paths are close. In winter skiing is just out the door. There is lot of peace and quiet. You can hear birds.
Family is really awesome,friendly, nice.
House lady Maria has been great. Morning conversations with her are allways nice.
We got all the infomation on hiking from her. Really helpful.
Breakfast great. You have everything you need. Fruits,vegetables, fresh bread,cheese,salami, juice,coffee,.....
If you want to feel welcomed this is the place for you. And if you like country side, animal lovers (dog,cats,sheeps,....) this is definitly the place for you.
We will for sure come back. This is the best place we have been so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Maria was very helpfull giving us tips and recommendations, we loved the view from the room balcony and to be able to sit down in the breakfast room and play board games in the evening. Walk down to the village you can eat at Liebe Heimat.. Negative: I feel that you get what is offered and the specifications are true. My only wish was that there was a small fridge in the room (we stayed in the summer). We managed without it but it would have been a bonus to have..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great place with beautiful situation and garden with a VIEW Swing and small playground for children Clean rooms Tasty traditional austrian breakfast Very friendly hosts. Negative: Poor WiFi (worked just on 1 floor, sometimes and crazy slow, not for work or planning stuff) Room 5 (family, 4 people) with view - to the nearby building - so without view, for the same price almost twice smaller than f.e. room 1 Shared balcony.
