On this "peculiarity", we did not receive any notice during booking or after we arrived before filling in the application form . We spent one night there only, paid for the whole booked stay and quickly driven away. Hard and quite expensive lesson :-/ Good breakfest. UNIKÁTNÍ: Pokoje umístěné ve sklepě!!! 3m pod úrovní země; "okno" zřejmě dříve sloužilo pro házení uhlí z venku. Na tuto "svéráznou vlastnost" jsme nebyli nijak upozorněni ani během objednávání ani po našem příjezdu před vyplněním přihlášky k pobytu. Strávili jsme tam jednu noc, zaplatili celý původně objednaný pobyt a rychle odjeli. Byla to zajímavá, ale dost drahá lekce :-/ Slušná snídaně. UNIQUE: Rooms located in the basement !!! 3m below ground level; the "window" apparently used to be used to throw coal from the outside. We were not warned about this "peculiar feature" either during the booking process or after our arrival before completing the application for the stay. We spent one night there, paid for the entire originally booked stay and left quickly. It was an interesting but quite expensive lesson: - / Decent breakfast.
K	Kerstin Bartoschek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben inzwischen unseren zweiten Urlaub hier verbracht und uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war super gepflegt und sauber und -- außer vielleicht einem Toaster ;) -- mit allen wünschenswerten Dingen ausgestattet: vom Toilettenpapier über Bettwäsche, Hand- und Küchentücher, Spülmaschine (inkl. Tabs), Backofen, TV, WLAN und einem Brötchen- und Milchservice. Familie Scharfetter ist sehr herzlich und sympathisch, die Atmosphäre dort angenehm ungezwungen. Die Kinder haben viele Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten und neben den Kühen im Stall gibt es Kaninchen, Hühner, einen Ziegenbock, ein Pony und viele verschmuste und verspielte Katzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We have now spent our second holiday here and felt very comfortable again. The apartment was very well maintained and clean and - except perhaps a toaster;) - equipped with all desirable things: from toilet paper to sheets, towels and kitchen towels, dishwasher (including tabs), oven, TV, Wi-Fi and a bread roll and milk service. Family Scharfetter is very warm and sympathetic, the atmosphere there pleasantly informal. The children have plenty of play options in the garden and next to the cows in the barn there are rabbits, chickens, a goat, a pony and many cuddly and playful cats. We'll be back!
M	Marion Rabl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Familie. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Selbstgemachte Marmeladen, frische Semmeln, Wurst und Käse. Kaffee und frische Milch!Wer da hungrig in den Tag startet, ist selber schuld. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Wir fahren schon das 4. Mal hin und unser 16jähriger Sohn möchte immer noch mitfahren. Die Umgebung ist einfach ein Traum. Very nice family. Breakfast is plentiful. Homemade jams, fresh rolls, sausage and cheese. Coffee and fresh milk! If you start the day hungry, it's your own fault. The rooms are getting old, but clean. We are going there for the fourth time and our 16 year old son still wants to go. The environment is just a dream.

Wir und unsere drei Kinder waren mehr als begeistert. Vielleicht bis bald... Great farm, an experience for big and small. Great hosts, fresh milk every morning, bread service. The apartment was clean, the location was great. We and our three kids were more than thrilled. Maybe see you soon ...

Everything new, very clean, great for our two children 2 and 5 years old. Great region with a lot to offer for families.

Brötchenservice mit wirklich gutem Brot und Gebäck. Und sehr nette Gastgeber! Wirklich top und sehr zu empfehlen! Beautiful new apartments. Very clean and well equipped. Good location with the ski bus to the Flachau valley station on the doorstep. Bread service with really good bread and pastries. And very nice hosts! Really great and highly recommended!
