★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War für einen Wanderurlaub/Skiurlaub zwei Wochen im Frühjahr hier. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die Reise beginnt bereits vorab mit sehr netten Mails. Anreise erfolgte problemlos, wir wurden mit allerlei Annehmlichkeiten empfangen. Das ist Urlaub auf besten Niveau. Selbst bei schlechten Wetter ist mithilfe von einer sehr organisierten Ausflugsmappe jederzeit etwas zu unternehmen.
Würde es jeden weiterempfehlen, welcher mit schönen Ausblick und allerlei mitten im Ort residieren will- als perfekter Ausgangspunkt im alle Richtungen.
 Stayed here for two weeks in spring for a hiking / skiing holiday. Very courteous landlady, the trip starts in advance with very nice emails. Arrival was easy, we were welcomed with all kinds of amenities. That is vacation at the best level. Even in bad weather, something can be done at any time with the help of a very organized excursion folder.
Would recommend it to anyone who wants to reside in the middle of town with a beautiful view and all sorts of things - as the perfect starting point in all directions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick beim Millstättersee
Das sehr liebevolle, im Landhausstil eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt in Seeboden, welches sehr gut erreichbar und mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Ort hinunter triumphiert
Mit drei Schlafzimmer bietet es den perfekten Kärnten Urlaub auch für größere Familien.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, der gemütliche Grillplatz bei der Gartenhütte, die schattenspendende Weinlaube und die Sonnenterrasse.
Da das Haus unweit des Waldrandes liegt, bietet es den optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Somit ist zB. die Burg Sommeregg mit den Ritterspielen nur 15 gemütliche Gehminuten entfernt.
Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.
Update: Seit letzem Jahr ist ein weiteres Haus, das Eulennest dazugekommen. Top modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und top gelegen wartet es auf. Der nächste Urlaub wird dort verbracht!
Very nice holiday home with a fantastic view of Lake Millstatt
The very loving holiday home, furnished in country style, is located in Seeboden, which is very easy to reach and triumphs with a fantastic view of the village below
With three bedrooms, it offers the perfect Carinthian holiday, even for larger families.
A big plus is the parking lot right in front of the house, the cozy barbecue area by the garden hut, the shady vine arbor and the sun terrace.
Since the house is not far from the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hikes. Thus, for example Sommeregg Castle with the knight games is only a 15-minute walk away.
I would unreservedly recommend this holiday home and will certainly not be the last time there.
Update: Another house, the Eulennest, has been added since last year. Top modern, lovingly furnished and in a great location, it awaits. The next holiday will be spent there!
