M	Marco Engel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Alte Schmiede kann ich nur jeden Empfehlen,tolle Bauernfamilie.Für die kleinen gibt es viel zu erleben (zB.:Kuhstall und Abenteuerspielplatz)und für die Erwachsenen viel Ruhe und eine tolle Sonnenterasse. I can only recommend the Alte Schmiede to everyone, great farming family. For the little ones there is a lot to experience (e.g. cowshed and adventure playground) and for the adults a lot of peace and a great sun terrace.

Die Schmiede ist ein Traum für alle Liebhaber von alten Berghäusern. Sehr gemütlich, voll ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz für Mehrkindfamilien. Viele Wanderwege direkt vom Haus weg. Badeseen und Teiche sind auch nicht weit weg. Von uns gibts statt den üblichen 5 Sternen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ?????? und den goldenen ? Very, very nice kid friendly family! Thank you, that our grandees are allowed to help every day. The smithy is a dream for all lovers of old mountain homes. Very comfortable, fully equipped and enough space for families with multiple children. Many trails directly from the house away. Lakes and ponds are also not far away. We give instead of the usual 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ?????? and the golden ?

H	Heidemarie Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die alte Schmiede, die 1998/1999 unter Erhaltung der ursprünglich historischen Struktur perfekt saniert wurde, ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung. Herrliche Sicht in das steirische Hügelland. Viel Ruhe. Landluft. Umsichtige, freundliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeber und viel Zuwendung durch die herzigen Kätzchen und den entzückenden kleinen Hund. Der Grillplatz im Garten ist perfekt. Lagerfeuerplatz im Wäldchen daneben (werden wir das nächste Mal ausprobieren). The old forge, which was perfectly renovated in 1998/1999 while preserving the original historical structure, is very cozy and has a well thought-out room layout. Wonderful view of the Styrian hill country. Much rest. Country air. Careful, friendly care from the hosts and a lot of attention from the lovely kittens and the adorable little dog. The barbecue area in the garden is perfect. Campfire place in the wood next to it (we will try it next time).

Im Winter ist allerdings der Essbereich beim Kachelofen immer leicht zugig und nicht gut temperierbar. Optimal auf jedem Fall für Kinder mit Spielplatz und vielen Tieren! Kommen gerne wieder! Really great hosts and a great cabin! You have everything you need. In winter, however, the dining area by the tiled stove is always slightly drafty and not easy to control the temperature. In any case, ideal for children with a playground and lots of animals! We'd love to come again!
