Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder. Totally nice cabin with all amenities. Absolutely clean and a lot of attention to detail. Perfect for switching off and for rest in between. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again.

Die rustikale, charmante Hütte ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dazu noch sauber und gepflegt. Sie bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt: Von top eingerichteter Wohnküche über Waschmaschine, super bequemen Betten, TV-Ecke bis hin zur Tischtennisplatte ist alles vorhanden. Eine große Liege-/Spielwiese, sowie ein großer Balkon mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, bieten einen tollen Ausblick in die Kärtener Berge. Man hat zwar seine Ruhe, ist aber auch schnell im nächsten Ort und kann direkt zu gut ausgeschilderten Wanderungen starten. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (ZB. Wörthersee oder das schöne Städtchen Friesach) sind ebenfalls recht schnell zu erreichen. Familie Duller ist außerordentlich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit,ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder :) We have been here for the second time and always enthusiastic. The rustic and charming cottage is furnished with great attention to detail plus clean and well maintained. It offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: from top-equipped kitchen with washing machine, super comfortable beds, TV corner up to the table tennis is all there. A large lawn / playground, and a large balcony with plenty of seating, offer a great view of the Kärten mountains. Although, you have peace and quiet but is also fast in the next town and can well signposted walks start right. Excursions (for example, Wörthersee or the beautiful town of Friesach) are also fairly easy to reach. Family Duller is extremely hospitable and helpful without being intrusive. Thank you for the relaxing time, we will gladly come back :)
B	Burt Burtonburger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir durften ganz kurzfristig im Oktober 2020 im äußerst gemütlichen und liebevoll hergerichteten "Troad Kostn" unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben jeden Tag die gemütliche Stube und den tollen Ausblick auf den Zirbitzkogel und das umgliegende Metnitztal genossen. Im Garten gibt es ja nach Sonnenstand mehrere Terassen. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen im Haupthaus in der Nähe. Im Seitental kann man die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit jederzeit genießen. Die Zufahrt ist auf einer gut ausgebauten Straße möglich. In 10 Minuten ist man im Ort Metnitz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns nur schwer trennen. Die Region war gar nicht touristisch überlaufen und lädt zu Bergwanderungen und Ausflügen ein. Wer Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit sucht, ist hier richtig! Bei Fragen steht die Gastgeberfamilie herzlich zur Verfügung. Für uns ist es ein "Geheimtipp"! We were able to spend our vacation at very short notice in October 2020 in the extremely cozy and lovingly prepared "Troad Kostn". We enjoyed the cozy parlor and the great view of the Zirbitzkogel and the surrounding Metnitztal every day. In the garden there are several terraces depending on the position of the sun. The very friendly landlords live in the main house nearby. In the side valley you can enjoy the peace and seclusion at any time. The access is possible on a well-developed road. In 10 minutes you are in the village of Metnitz. We felt very comfortable and found it difficult to part. The region was not overcrowded with tourists and is ideal for mountain hikes and excursions. If you are looking for peace and comfort, this is the right place! The host family is happy to answer any questions you may have. For us it is an "insider tip"!

Ich hätte mir keinen schöneren Ort für unsere Verlobung vorstellen können. Die Familie Duller ist sehr zuvorkommend und sorgt für das perfekte Urlaubserlebnis in den Bergen. Die Hütte ist für eine Auszeit vom Alltagsstress für ein Paar oder eine vierköpfige Familie perfekt. We stayed for 3 days in the beautiful Metnitztal at the very charming TroadKostn mountain hut. I couldn't have imagined a nicer place for our engagement. The Duller family is very accommodating and ensures the perfect holiday experience in the mountains. The hut is perfect for a break from everyday stress for a couple or a family of four.
