G	Giovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nonostante abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento al piano inferiore, che aveva l'accesso alle camere (WC compreso!) da un corridoio comune (gli occupanti del piano superiore sono stati estremamente discreti), ne abbiamo apprezzato la comodità e la spaziosità. La cucina/soggiorno era ampia, luminosa e ben dotata di accessori (ovviamente priva di lavastoviglie e colapiatti, secondo le caratteristiche di una tipica casa del luogo). La terrazza, cui si accedeva comodamente, direttamente da una delle camere, è risultata un posto eccellente per godere l'atmosfera del luogo ed il panorama circostante, a qualunque ora (l'aria estiva ed il bel tempo, durante tutto il soggiorno, lo hanno ampiamente consentito!). La zona, amena e tranquilla, era ad un tiro di schioppo da Matrei ed è stata un'ottima base per muoversi nella zona. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, proprietaria molto gentile..

Nadeel is dat als er mensen boven je zitten, het erg gehorig is en doordreunt naar beneden en de parkeerplaats is vrij krap voor 2 auto's. Verder heerlijk bad (beneden) en prima genoten. Aardige eigenaresse ook. Quiet area and beautiful view. The disadvantage is that if there are people sitting above you, it is very noisy and booms downwards and the parking lot is quite tight for 2 cars. Furthermore, lovely bath (downstairs) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice owner too.

Negative: The road to the app is very bad, because when the snow is falling you cant go outside with your car! If you stay at home, the heating was turn off at 9-17h,then you must call the owners!.

Luckily the neighbours on the lower floor, were very kind because to get to our apartment we had to go through their apartment aisle.. Negative: Maybe the overall apartment look is a bit outdated, but acceptable since all the amenities are present. So, do not expect a fashion design apartment but a traditional one, which is acceptable..

Loved the sunny deck which is great for having a drink with a magnificant view.. Negative: A bit outfashion kitchen and bedrooms. Other guest share the same front door and stairs..

We had no car so we appreciated that there was a short footpath leading down to Matrei (a bit steep but not so bad, we did it numerous times with 4 yrs old kid even after a heavy snowfall). Lovely host. + Bathtub! + Drying room for ski gear. + Very good Wi-Fi. Not apartment related but good to know - with the guest card you get from your host you can use all public buses in East Tyrol for free..
