★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereid je voor op een oud Oostenrijks boeren huis!
Een teken geloof op elk hoekje, een oud hout gestookt fornuis en overal kleedjes.
Daarin tegen is het sanitair enorm goed. Badkamer met WC en een losse wc boven.
Wel mist het huis, uiteraard, centrale verwarming. Maar door stoken met de houtkachels is dit op te lossen. Al zal je slaapkamer in de winter nooit écht warm worden. Dan maar het extra geleverde dekentje gebruiken!
Het hout stoken geeft beeld van de charme van het huis. Al kun je ook gewoon koken op electra inclusief oven.
Boven 2 slaapkamers voor 5 mensen totaal. En naast de oprecht oude woonkamer vind je nog een 3e slaapkamer.
Buiten heb je goed de ruimte, je eigen Alpen weide! Inclusief BBQ, schommel, kleine zandbak en bank/tafel.
Het is een leuk dorpje, fantastische bakker en fijne omgeving met veel wandel mogelijkheden.
Hoe het nu zit met de rodelbaan voor het huis langs, is ons niet zo duidelijk. Maar het was dan ook zomer.
Conclusie; Een oprecht authentiek huis, wat koel in de zomer is. Je hebt er goed de ruimte in.
Sommig keukengerei is misschien wat versleten en het hout stoken wat gedoe, met een beetje avontuurlijke instelling een onvergetelijk verblijf!

A sign of faith on every corner, an old wood-fired stove and rugs everywhere.
Against this, the plumbing is very good. Bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet upstairs.
The house does, of course, lack central heating. But this can be solved by firing with the wood stoves. Although your bedroom will never really get warm in winter. Then use the extra supplied blanket!
Burning the wood conveys the charm of the house. Although you can also cook on electricity including oven.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms for 5 people in total. And next to the genuinely old living room you will find a 3rd bedroom.
Outside you have plenty of space, your own Alpine meadow! Includes BBQ, swing, small sandpit and bench / table.
It is a nice village, fantastic bakery and nice environment with many hiking opportunities.
It is not so clear to us how it is with the toboggan run in front of the house. But it was also summer.
Conclusion; A genuinely authentic house, which is cool in the summer. You have plenty of space.
Some kitchen utensils may be a bit worn and the wood burning a bit of hassle, with a little adventurous attitude an unforgettable stay!
