Grillmöglichkeit und Sonnenterrasse unattraktiv und nicht ansprechend. Holzbalkone stark verwittert. Ausblick von den Balkonen direkt zum Misthaufen beim Nachbar Bauernhaus. Teilweise starke Lärmbelästigung Kein Gasthaus im Ort, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit einige Kilometer entfernt. Preis ist Ok, Vermieterin ist nett. The second floor apartment can only be reached via a very steep spiral staircase. Nothing for elderly or disabled people. Barbecue facilities and sun terrace unattractive and unappealing. Weathered wooden balconies. View from the balconies directly to the dung heap at the neighboring farmhouse. Partly strong noise pollution. No inn in town, next shopping possibility a few kilometers away. Price is ok, landlady is nice.

Das Appartement war sehr gemütlich, wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (z.b. das schöne Bett und die gemütliche Wohnküche). Die Kuche war perfekt ausgestattet, es gab sogar 2 unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen (Nespresso & Filter). Bei unserem Aufenthalt haben wir die Gastfreundschaft der Familie sehr genossen und auch gerne den Haus-eigenen Wellness Bereich (Holz-geheizte Sauna, Ruheraum, Duschen, Teeküche, ...) exklusiv mit der Familie nutzen dürfen. Unsere Kinder hatten ein eigenes kleines Reich mit Stockbett und durften auch den Stall besuchen. Die Lage ist super. Wir sind mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten nach Bad Kleinkirchheim zur Ski-Talstation gefahren, wo jederzeit genug Parkplätze vorhanden waren. Danke!! English: Our stay at Leebhof was wonderful! The apparment was very cosy, beautiful and nicely done up (e.g. the bed, living room with kitchen). The kitchen was well equiped - e.g. there were two different types of coffee machines (Nespresso & filter). During our stay, we enjoyed the hospitality of the family and made appreciated to make use of the wellness rooms (wood heated sauna, relaxation room, tee kitchen, showers, ...) exclusively for our family. Our kids had a dedicated kids paradise room with bunk bed. They were allowed to visit the barn. The location of Leebhof was perfect, we drove by car 5 minutes to Bad Kleinkirchheim where there was plenty of parking spaces directly at the slope. Thank you!! German: Our stay at the Leebhof was a dream! The apartment was very cozy, beautiful and tastefully decorated (e.g. the beautiful bed and the cozy kitchen). The kitchen was perfectly equipped, there were even two different coffee machines (Nespresso & filter). During our stay, we really enjoyed the hospitality of the family and were also happy to use the in-house wellness area (wood-heated sauna, relaxation room, showers, tea kitchen, ...) exclusively with the family. Our children had their own little kingdom with a bunk bed and were also allowed to visit the stable. The location is great. We drove by car about 5 minutes to Bad Kleinkirchheim to the ski valley station, where there was always enough parking space. Thank you!! English: Our stay at Leebhof was wonderful!
