R	Romana Artner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt für alle, die Urlaub in kompletter Ruhe genießen möchten und doch in direkter Ortsnähe - bis zum Strandbad sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im ganzen Haus waren frische Blumen verteilt und man hat sich ab dem ersten Moment wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse neben der Schafweide war vor allem für die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight! Weiters gab es einen tollen Spielplatz direkt beim Haus und die vielen Beerensträucher waren für Groß und Klein ein Hit. Ein großes Lob an die Vermieter; wir hatten noch nie ein so umfangreich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Vor allem die Küche war ein Hit, hier gibt es wirklich nichts was man sich mehr wünschen könnte. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit dem umfassenden Angebot an Büchern haben wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters nicht genutzt, gehört an dieser Stelle jedoch auch lobend erwähnt! Wir haben uns, nicht zuletzt auch wegen der freundlichen Vermieter, sehr wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal im Ferienhaus Grabenhansl. Einziger Hinweis: die oberen Schlafzimmer liegen hintereinander und das hintere Zimmer ist nur durch das vordere Zimmer erreichbar; war für uns kein Thema, ist aber vielleicht für andere Urlauber ein wichtiges Detail. The location of the holiday home is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy a holiday in complete tranquility and yet is in the immediate vicinity - the lido is only 5 minutes away by car. The house is lovingly furnished and we haven't missed anything. Fresh flowers were distributed throughout the house and you felt comfortable from the first moment. The terrace next to the sheep pasture was an absolute highlight, especially for the children! There was also a great playground right by the house and the many berry bushes were a hit for young and old. Kudos to the landlords; we have never had such an extensively furnished holiday home. The kitchen in particular was a hit, there is really nothing you could ask for here. We did not use the cozy living room with the extensive range of books due to the beautiful weather, but should also be mentioned with praise at this point! We felt very comfortable, not least because of the friendly landlord, and it will certainly not be the last time we have stayed at Ferienhaus Grabenhansl. The only note: the upper bedrooms are one behind the other and the rear room can only be reached through the front room; was not an issue for us, but is perhaps an important detail for other vacationers.

Unsere Kinder waren glücklich mit dem Spielplatz und den Schafen, die rund ums Haus unterwegs sind. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gerne wieder! Idyllic place in the middle of nature - a paradise that we enjoyed very much. The house is equipped with everything you need. Our children were happy with the playground and the sheep that are around the house. Very nice hosts. Gladly again!

Vom buchen bis hin zur Ankunft und Abreise hat alles super funktioniert!! Ein schöner und ruhiger Ort zum erholen !! Die Kinder hatten einen eigenen Spielplatz mit Schafen zum bestaunen !!! In der Nähe ist ein Wald mit einen Bach.. war super schön zum erholen !! Würden immer wieder gerne dort Urlaub machen !!! Haus war sehr gepflegt und auch modern eingerichtet!! Griller und feuerplatz auch vorhanden!!! Top top !!! We stayed at the Grabenhansl holiday home over Pentecost !! We were two families with 2 children and a dog each! The landlords were very friendly! From booking to arrival and departure, everything worked great! A nice and quiet place to relax! The children had their own playground with sheep to marvel at! Nearby is a forest with a stream .. it was great to relax! Would love to go on vacation there again and again! House was very well maintained and modernly furnished! Barbecue and fireplace also available! Top top !!!

c	christina riegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir vergeben ALLE 5 Sterne weil: ..das Ferienhaus ein Traum ist (voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, vor allem in der super gepflegten Küche haben wir wirklich NICHTS vermisst). Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Griller. Spielplatz vor der Haustür! ..die Lage wunderschön ist. Sofort ist man im Wald, auf schönen Wiesen, hat Schafe, Enten und Hühner um sich herum, ein kleines Bacherl plätschert vor sich hin. Und: komplett für sich allein! Keine Nachbarn, keine anderen Gäste, herrliche Stille. ..die Gastgeber und deren Familien sehr liebe Leute sind, hilfsbereit, großzügig und fleißig. Ihre Freude, Kraft und Zeit, die sie in ihr Ferienhaus reinstecken ist bewundernswert und spürbar! Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Grabenhansl weiter! We award ALL 5 stars because: .. the holiday home is a dream (fully equipped with everything you need, especially in the super neat kitchen we really didn't miss anything). A beautiful terrace with barbecue. Playground on the doorstep! ..the location is beautiful. You are immediately in the forest, on beautiful meadows, surrounded by sheep, ducks and chickens, and a small brook is babbling away. And: completely for yourself! No neighbors, no other guests, wonderful silence. ..the hosts and their families are very nice people, helpful, generous and hardworking. The joy, strength and time you put into your holiday home is admirable and noticeable! In any case, we recommend a holiday in the Grabenhansl holiday home!

It's is located in a beautiful and calm spot, yet a 5 minutes to the town where you will find a supermarket and restaurants. It's a 10 drive to the lake where you can go for a swim or walk around the promenade. Plenty of hiking trails around. The house is surrounded by a forest, ravine and some sheeps. There is a playground and a deck is going to be built soon. If you want to relax, this is the place to go. Matthias was always available for any questions we had. We plan to go back soon!
