★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat uns sehr gefallen. Geräumige Zimmer, zwar etwas alt eingerichtet, aber noch nicht abgewohnt. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und je ein WC mit Dusche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und großer Balkon mit Gartenmöbel Tisch, Sessel, Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Großer Garten, großteils Wiese und ein bisschen Spielplatz welcher aber nicht einladend war: Rutsche und Schaukel verdreckt, Sandkiste bedeckt mit Kies und Gras. Es ist aber ganz in der Nähe ein toller öffentlicher Spielplatz. Ca. 5 min zum Strand des dazugehörenden Hotel Silvia. Nette Leute, netter Strand mit Steg, 2 Strandkörbe, Liegen und ein paar Sonnenschirme, Sandkiste und überschaubarer zugang zum Wasser. Tretboot kann Stundenweise gemietet werden.
We liked it a lot. Spacious rooms, a bit dated, but not worn. Two bedrooms with double bed and one toilet each with shower, a living room with kitchen and large balcony with garden furniture table, armchairs, chairs and umbrellas. Large garden, mostly lawn and a bit of playground but which was not inviting: slide and swing dirty, sandpit covered with gravel and grass. But it is very close to a great public playground. Approximately 5 minutes to the beach of the associated Hotel Silvia. Nice people, nice beach with jetty, 2 beach chairs, beach chairs and a few umbrellas, sandpit and manageable access to the water. Pedalo can be rented by the hour.

Sehr unfreundliche Chefin und sehr unfreundlicher Senior-Chef.
Im Apartment riecht es sehr muffelig.
In Österreich habe ich noch nie einen so schlechten Standard erlebt.
Der Strand war zwar sehr schön. Trotzdem war es bislang unser schlimmster Urlaub!

The apartment smells very tired.
In Austria I have never experienced such a bad standard.
The beach was very nice. Nevertheless, it has been our worst holiday so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arredamento antico/vecchio, macchina del caffè a filtro, ho chiesto se fosse stato possibile sostituirla con una a capsule ma nulla da fare. No lavastoviglie né lavatrice, anche se per lavare la biancheria basta chiedere a loro. Al pagamento mi è stato chiesto di pagare l'elettricità, che generalmente è incluso nel prezzo dell'affitto.
Antique / old furniture, filter coffee machine, I asked if it was possible to replace it with a capsule but nothing to do. No dishwasher or washing machine, although to wash the laundry just ask them. Upon payment, I was asked to pay for electricity, which is generally included in the rental price.
