★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren letztes Jahr mit Freunden dort, als "Homebase" für die Erwanderung der Ötschergräben und Umgebung.
Resumé: Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
- Im Bad im ersten Stock schimmelt es, beim duschen setzt man das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser, weil die Duschwand unvollständig eingebaut bzw. kaputt ist.
- Das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse ist reif für den Sperrmüll: Zerrissene Sonnenschirme, defekte Plastikstühle, rostiger Grill.
- Als "Stufe" zwischen Terrasse und Wiese dient eine umgedrehte Euro-Palette.
- Der Eingangsbereich bzw. Durchgangsbereich zum Garten war mit irgendwelchem Klumpert vollgestellt.
Die einzigen Pluspunkte sind die ruhige Lage direkt beim Einstieg zu den Ötschergräben und die gemütlichen GEA-Betten. Der Rest ist eher zum vergessen.
We were there with friends last year as a "home base" for the migration of the Ötschergräben and the surrounding area.
Resumé: The house is in poor condition and the price / performance ratio is not correct.
- The bathroom on the first floor is moldy, when showering half the bathroom is under water because the shower wall is incompletely installed or broken.
- The furniture on the terrace is ready for bulky waste: torn parasols, broken plastic chairs, rusty grill.
- An inverted euro pallet serves as a "step" between the terrace and the meadow.
- The entrance area or passage area to the garden was clogged with some clumping.
The only plus points are the quiet location directly at the entrance to the Ötschergräben and the cozy GEA beds. The rest is more to be forgotten.
