S	Suedhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angeboten als „Hütte am Wald“ haben wir uns ziemlich betrogen gefühlt. Die Fotos in den Buchungssystemen sind traumhaft, die echte Lage ist leider völlig anders, eine Art halbes Holzhaus am Rande einer Neubausiedlung. Die Lage ist einfach schrecklich, Blick auf eine orange Nachbarwand. Hinterm Haus wenige Bäume, eine schattige eingezwickte Lage. Kein Blick. Vorbeifahrende Autoscheinwerfer leuchten ins Haus da das Haus in einer Kurve liegt. Ein Pelletkamin brummt vor sich hin, das war uns nicht klar, anders als das gemütliche Knistern eines Kamins, das Riechen des Holzes. Der Pelletofen macht Arbeit, ist laut und ist kein Kamin. Die Ausstattung des Häuschens ist top, alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, keine Spur von Hütte inkl. Spülmaschine & Mikrowelle, Hotelähnlichem Bad Offered as a “hut by the forest” we felt pretty cheated. The photos in the booking systems are fantastic, the real location is unfortunately completely different, a kind of half-timbered house on the edge of a new housing estate. The location is just terrible, view of an orange neighboring wall. A few trees behind the house, a shady, pinched area. No look. Passing car headlights shine into the house because the house is on a curve. A pellet fireplace hums, we didn't realize that, unlike the cozy crackling of a fireplace, the smell of the wood. The pellet stove is work, is noisy and is not a fireplace. The equipment of the house is top, everything in terms of equipment is available, no trace of the hut including dishwasher & microwave, hotel-like bathroom
V	Victor Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Häuschen. Das Haus steht direkt am Waldrand. Es ist aus Holz und innen sehr urig. Wunderbar. Der Thiersee ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar; aber auch zu Fuß. Zu Fuß ca. 40 Gehminuten. Es gibt sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten, die auch direkt vom Haus wegführen. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out, sehr nette Vermieter. Alles in allem ein sehr toller Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung. It was a wonderful vacation in a very nice, quiet house. The house is right on the edge of the forest. It's made of wood and very rustic inside. Wonderful. The Thiersee can be reached by car in about 5 minutes; but also on foot. About 40 minutes on foot. There are many hiking opportunities that also lead directly from the house. Uncomplicated check in and check out, very nice landlords. All in all, a very great vacation in a fantastic setting.

Eine besondere Unterkunft, die man einfach ins Herz schließen muss. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Great romantic cottage. Lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. Nice garden with sitting areas. A special accommodation that you just have to take to your heart. The hostess was very helpful too.
R	Reinhard Kugler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Binderhäusl unseren letzten Urlaub verbracht und waren begeistert von diesem urigen "Hexenhäuschen". Das 100 Jahre alte Holzhaus ist super ursprünglich und doch luxuriös mit neuem Badezimmer, traumhafter Regendusche und Pellet Ofen, welcher ein großes Sichtfenster hat und die gemütliche Stube in romantisches Licht taucht. Der Pelletsofen war meiner Meinung nach Spitze. Fast kein Aufwand, wir mussten lediglich 1x Pellets nachfüllen. Ansonsten heizt er ganz von allein. Klasse Erfindung! Das Haus steht am Waldrand am Beginn einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und hat einen traumhaften Garten mit 2 Sonnenterrassen. Die Lage war besonderes gut für meine Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, da das Haus weit von der Straße entfernt ist und die Kinder sich gefahrlos rund um das Haus und direkt in den Wald zum Spielen begeben konnten. Auch die kurze Entfernung zum See , ca 5min Autofahrt, war spitze. Zum Wandern konnten wir direkt von der Haustüre weg starten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! We spent our last vacation in the Binderhäusl and loved this quaint "witch's house". The 100-year-old wooden house is super original and yet luxurious with a new bathroom, fantastic rain shower and pellet stove, which has a large window and bathes the cozy living room in romantic light. The pellet stove was great in my opinion. Almost no effort, we only had to refill pellets once. Otherwise it heats all by itself. Great invention! The house stands on the edge of the forest at the beginning of a quiet residential area and has a wonderful garden with 2 sun terraces. The location was particularly suitable for my families with small children, as the house is far from the road and the children could safely go around the house and directly into the forest to play. The short distance to the lake, about 5 minutes by car, was great. We could start hiking right from the front door. We'll definitely be back!

Mega freundliche Vermieterin die sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Können die Hütte echt weiterempfehlen ? Super nice rustic wooden house. Stayed there for three nights and really enjoyed the time there. Mega friendly landlady who is very helpful and courteous. The hut is very well equipped and nothing is missing. Can really recommend the hut ?
