B	Bettina Oberbizer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Zeit, die Ruhe und Natur im Ferienhaus von Eva sehr genossen. Eva hat mit viel Liebe zum Detail das Häuschen eingerichtet. Sauna, Badewanne, Wintergarten, Terrasse, Hängematte, Kräuter im Garten, Kachelhofen, einfach alles zum rundumwohlfühlen, relaxen, Buch schreiben, in Ruhe arbeiten uvm. Blitzblank geputzt - das fein geputzte Ferienhaus, das ich jemals bewohnt habe (und ich bin sehr viel unterwegs). Im Umkreis von 7km findest du ein Natur- und Kultujuwel nacheinander (Krems an der Donau, Stift Göttweig, Wachau,....) Die Kommunikation mit Eva und der Check in und Check out war super easy. Eva ist immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Vielen DANK für diese wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus und ich komme gerne bald wieder. I really enjoyed the time, the peace and nature in Eva's holiday home. Eva has set up the house with great attention to detail. Sauna, bathtub, winter garden, terrace, hammock, herbs in the garden, tiled stove, just everything to feel good, relax, write a book, work in peace and much more. Quickly cleaned - the finely cleaned holiday home that I have ever lived in (and I travel a lot). Within a radius of 7 km you will find a natural and cultural jewel in succession (Krems an der Donau, Göttweig Abbey, Wachau, ....) Communication with Eva and the check in and check out was super easy. Eva is always available and super helpful. Thank you for this wonderful time in the holiday home and I will be happy to come back soon.

A	Alex Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit tollen Extras. Der Garten hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Man kann selbst Obst und Gemüse ernten. Je nach Saison. Auf der Terrasse zum Garten stehen zwei Liegen zum Sonnen, oder einfach zum Entspannen. Die große Gartenseite ist auch relativ ruhig gelegen, mit einem großen Marillenbaum, welcher Schatten bietet. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell, modern eingerichtet und bietet für zwei Personen reichlich Platz. Im EG befindet sich eine große Küche, welche relativ gut ausgestattet ist. Der Kühlschrank hatte nur kein Tiefkühlfach! Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und man kann sich dort vor dem Fernseher ausruhen, wenn man mal faulenzen mag. Bad und WC sind vorhanden und beides in separaten Räumlichkeiten. Das Obergeschoss bietet zwei Schlafräume, sowie ein weiteres Bad mit WC. Der Weinkeller und die Sauna sind ein tolles Extra im Kellerbereich. Man kann hier auch direkt Wein kaufen von der Vermieterin. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren gehen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich im Nachbarort, welcher nicht weit weg liegt. Für das Auto gibt es ein Carport. Das Gartentor kann man mit einer Fernbedienung öffnen. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und meldet sich verlässlich zurück. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Haus leider neben einer Kreuzung liegt. Die Autos hat man im Schlafbereich zeitweise deutlich hören können und das Obergeschoss ist etwas hitzig bei hohen Temperaturen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich super. A wonderful holiday home with great extras. I particularly liked the garden. You can harvest fruits and vegetables yourself. Depending on the season. On the terrace facing the garden there are two loungers for sunbathing or simply relaxing. The large garden side is also relatively quiet, with a large apricot tree that offers shade. The house is spacious, bright, modern and offers plenty of space for two people. There is a large kitchen on the ground floor, which is relatively well equipped. The fridge just didn't have a freezer! The living room is cozy and you can relax there in front of the TV if you like to laze around. Bathroom and toilet are available and both are in separate rooms. The upper floor offers two bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet. The wine cellar and sauna are a great extra in the basement area. You can also buy wine here directly from the landlady. The area offers many opportunities for walking. Grocery stores are in the neighboring village, which is not far away. There is a carport for the car. The garden gate can be opened with a remote control. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. The landlady is very friendly and will get back to you reliably. The only downer is that the house is unfortunately next to an intersection. You could hear the cars clearly in the sleeping area at times and the upper floor is a bit hot at high temperatures. I will gladly come again. The house is really great.
