T	Takuro Ogihara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2013/8～10 の間７０日滞在。本年５年目の滞在。居住環境：自然環境の中で静かであるが、必要施設（銀行、スーパー、医者etc.) は徒歩１５分圏内にある。Innsbruck 40分　Munich, Salzburg 1.5時間　Vienna 4時間の立地はヨーロッパ各地への便利な基地となる。経営者のLeo,mary-Annは極めて家庭的で、我々は既に客でなく親戚、友人関係である。心憎いほどのサポート、サービスは、旅人としては勿論、生活者としての経験、体験を楽しめる。 Stayed for 70 days from August 10th, 2013. Stayed for the 5th year this year. Living environment: Quiet in the natural environment, but necessary facilities (banks, supermarkets, doctors, etc.) Is within a 15-minute walk. Innsbruck 40 minutes Munich, Salzburg 1.5 hours Vienna 4 hours The location will be a convenient base for all parts of Europe. The owner, Leo, mary-Ann, is extremely homely and we are no longer customers but relatives and friends. The support and services that hate me can be enjoyed not only as a traveler but also as a consumer.
R	Rainer Gerhards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick in die Landschaft. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich ganz wie zuhause. Im Winter auch für den Besuch des Skigebiets "Ski Juwel" (Alpbachtal) sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto ist man in gut 15 Minuten "oben", außerdem hält der Skibus direkt nebenan. Nice, very spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. The landlords are extremely nice and accommodating, you feel like home. In winter also highly recommended for the visit of the ski area "Ski Jewel" (Alpbachtal). By car you are in about 15 minutes "up", also stops the ski bus right next door.

Daumen hoch!!! Great service, comfortable guesthouse, very very nice hosts. We are happy to be here. Nothing can go wrong, because family Meixner helps immediately. Thumbs up!!!

Sollten wir wieder mal in diese Gegend fahren, wohnen wir auf alle Fälle bei den Meixner's! :-) Beautiful fully equipped apartments in a quiet location for a low price. The landlord couple is very welcoming and accommodating. If we drive again in this area, we live in any case at the Meixner's! :-)

Het appartement is super netjes en is zeer compleet (tot de shampoo aan toe) ingericht. Prijs, kwaliteit is top. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. We spent a wonderful week in an apartment with the Meixner family. We felt very welcome here, were received very hospitably. The apartment is super neat and is very complete (including the shampoo) furnished. Price, quality is top. We will definitely come back again.

Consigliatissimo! It located in a beautiful and relaxing place in direct contact with nature. friendly and clean environment. Maximum availability and courtesy from the Meixner Lords. Guests settle in at home. They gave us useful tips to plan our days both cultural and gastronomic. Highly recommended!
c	caliban lemarchand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe zwar Google nicht, denn das Appartement hatte ich schon bewertet, aber gerne noch mal. Ich ändere meine Meinung nicht nach Bedarf... Das Appartement liegt in ruhiger Lage, ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet. Unzählige Tv-Sender, WLAN, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist vor allem sauber! Für PKW- Stellplätze ist genügend Platz und Familie Meixner bietet bei Unwettergefahr auch gerne an, den Carport zu nutzen, ganz toll! Unschlagbar auch der umfassende Brötchenservice mit zahlreichen Sorten von Vollkorn bis süß, alles da. Und die Krönung...wo bitte bekommt man morgens mit der Brötchentüte an der Tür die druckfrische regionale Tageszeitung gratis dazu? Wer in der Nähe fußläufig essen gehen mag, findet z.B. in 2km Nähe ein tolles italienisches Restaurant....Und sonst sind Filialen von MPreis in der Nähe. Die zentrale Lage des Ortes Kramsach im Alpbachtthal hat uns wiederholt begeistert und wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal sein! Vielleicht auch wieder gerne bei Familie Meixner! I don't understand Google, because I had already rated the apartment, but I'd love to do it again. I don't change my mind as needed ... The apartment is in a quiet location, is simple but well equipped. Countless TV channels, WiFi, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and, above all, it is clean! There is enough space for parking spaces and the Meixner family is happy to offer you to use the carport if there is a risk of storms, which is great! Unbeatable, too, is the comprehensive bread service with numerous varieties from whole grain to sweet, everything is there. And the icing on the cake ... where do you get the freshly printed regional daily newspaper for free with the bread bag at the door in the morning? If you want to eat in the vicinity, you will find e.g. A great Italian restaurant 2km away .... And other MPreis branches are nearby. The central location of Kramsach in the Alpbachtthal has repeatedly impressed us and will certainly not be the last time! Maybe with the Meixner family again!

Piccobello sauber, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Berge, jeden Morgen frische Brötchen und Zeitung, dazu kamen sehr sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber sowie eine gute Anbindung an alle möglichen Ausflugsziele. Was will man mehr? Jederzeit wieder bei Familie Meixner, vielen Dank noch einmal! We were almost 2 weeks here on vacation and felt very comfortable. Piccobello clean, equipped with all necessities, a beautiful view of the mountains, fresh bread rolls and newspaper every morning, to very very friendly and attentive hosts and a good connection to all sorts of excursion destinations. What more do you want? At any time again with family Meixner, thank you again!
