Menzl in Verbindung gesetzt und Ware bestellt. Das Produkt war zwischenzeitlich vergriffen, aber ich wurde etwas später von einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin der Fa. Menzl angerufen und informiert, dass kurzfristig eine begrenzte Menge erhältlich sei und ob ich noch Interesse hätte. Ich hatte noch eine Frage zum Produkt und wurde gleich mit Herrn Menzl persönlich verbunden, der mir sehr freundlich und kompetent meine Fragen beantwortete. Die bestellte Ware war 2 Tage später bei mir zu Hause. Ich bin mit der Qualität der Produkte sowie der Kundenfreundlichkeit sehr zufrieden und kann die Fa. Menzl nur weiterempfehlen. I previously ordered Menzl products from a local specialist shop. Due to the corona crisis, I contacted Menzl directly and ordered goods. The product was out of stock in the meantime, but a little later a very nice employee from Menzl called me and informed me that a limited amount was available at short notice and whether I was still interested. I still had a question about the product and was immediately connected to Mr. Menzl, who answered my questions very kindly and competently. The ordered goods were at my home 2 days later. I am very satisfied with the quality of the products and the customer friendliness and can only recommend Menzl.

Überhaupt das einzig kompetente Geschäft für medizinische Produkte, mit dem ich in den letzten 11 Jahren in Berührung kam. Davor hatte ich mit 5 verschiedenen und äußerst enttäuschenden Sanitätshäusern zu tun. Da wir immer wieder irgendwelche Sachen für die Therapie benötigen und das oft sehr schnell, ist es ein Glück für alle Betroffenen dass die Firma Menzl nun die Abwicklung für alle Pari Sachen über hat. Endlich bekommt man die verordneten Sachen zügig ausgehändigt. Des weiteren möchte ich noch erwähnen dass wir einmal bei unserem Urlaub in Wien den E-Flow zuhause vergessen hatten. Auch da hat uns die Firma Menzl sofort ein Leihgerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine TOP Firma, die sich Ihrer Aufgaben bewusst ist - nämlich dem Kunden mit Wissen und Freundlichkeit zu begegnen und die zügige Abwicklung - weil es um die Gesundheit geht!!!! Super nice, friendly advice and above all very quick processing and sending of medical aids! The only competent medical products business I have come into contact with in the past 11 years. Before that, I worked with 5 different and extremely disappointing medical supply stores. Since we always need items for therapy and often very quickly, it is fortunate for all those affected that the Menzl company now has the handling of all Pari things. Finally you get the prescribed items handed over quickly. I would also like to mention that we once forgot the E-Flow at home during our vacation in Vienna. Die Bestellung und der Versand gehen immer so unkompliziert und schnell - unglaublich toll!!! Vorallem die verschiedenen FFP2-Masken die angeboten werden sind ein Traum!! Es gibt ganz dünne, die sich wirklich den ganzen Tag lang angenehm tragen lassen. Und für jeden Anlass das passende Modell hinsichtlich Farbe ;) Werde auch weiterhin hier meine Masken bestellen.

If you are a foreigner & don't speak Germany or little , no problems the young staff can help you in English too. Also their webshop works well and is a good alternative outside of office times
