F	Frank J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nun ja - Beratung und Bestellung haben ja toll geklappt, aber der Anruf vom übelgelaunten LKW-Fahrer, dass er in 15 Minuten kommen würde, um die Ladung Steine abzukippen - machte mich dann schon etwas sprachlos. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich nicht zu Hause sei um ihn einzuweisen bzw eine Vorlaufzeit von mindestens einer Stunde schön gewesen wäre, entgegnete er, dass er sicherlich nicht nochmal kommen würde - er habe noch mehr zu tun - ich solle ihm nur sagen, wo ich die Ware hinhaben wolle. Zwischenzeitlich wurde das Gespräch dann ziemlich laut und ich wähnte mich als zahlender Kunde im falschen Film. Verstehe nicht, wie man als Angestellter so wenig Gefühl haben kann im Umgang mit Kunden. Das war bestimmt das erste und letzte Mal bei dieser Firma - man muss sich ja nicht alles gefallen lassen. MItarbeiterschulung wäre angebracht. Well - advice and ordering went really well, but the call from the bad-tempered truck driver that he would come in 15 minutes to dump the load of stones made me a little speechless. When I pointed out that I was not at home to brief him or a lead time of at least an hour would have been nice, he replied that he would certainly not come again - he still has more to do - I should just tell him where I am want to have the goods. In the meantime, the conversation got quite loud and I thought I was a paying customer in the wrong film. I don't understand how an employee can have so little feeling when dealing with customers. That was definitely the first and last time at this company - you don't have to put up with everything. Employee training would be appropriate.
