Mindestens ein Drahtseil ist pro Jahr auszutauschen, der Schieber räumt nicht sauber, und springt immer aus der Führung. Somit wurde der Kundendienst angerufen. Nach öfteren anrufen ist er dann auch nach langer Zeit gekommen. Der Kundendienst war eine halbe Stunde vor Ort und sagte nur, dass man da nichts machen kann. Dabei ist er nur mit den Händen in der Hosentasche gestanden, und hat nichts zerlegt, geschweige den repariert. Natürlich kommst sofort nach einigen Tagen eine saftige Rechnung in Höhe von 175 Euro. Darin stand auch Arbeitszeit, Werkzeug und Verschleißteile. Natürlich muss er für die Anfahrt, und Zeit seines Angestellten etwas verlangen, das verstehe ich auch, und wäre auch bereit etwas dafür zu bezahlen, aber nicht 175 Euro für diese erbrachte Leistung. Nach einigen Telefonaten wurde uns nie geglaubt, bzw nie richtig zugehört, und jetzt sind wir soweit dass wir von einem Inkassoverfahren bedroht werden. Die Preise sind recht hoch, dafür stimmt aber die Qualität. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt vor dem Eingang vorhanden. Große Auswahl an Stalltechnik. Competent advice and fast service.
