Zu schnell sollte man dennoch nicht fahren, sonst kann man das tolle Panorama nicht genießen :-) Die einfache Fahrt kostet 11 Euro, in den ADAC Geschäftsstellen gibt es 2-Fahrten-Tickets für 20 Euro. A very scenic route. Mostly three lanes, so that slower vehicles can easily be overtaken on slopes. However, you shouldn't drive too fast, otherwise you won't be able to enjoy the great panorama :-) The single trip costs 11 euros, in the ADAC offices there are 2-trip tickets for 20 euros.

Die Belüftung ist nicht gut und gerade bei viel Verkehr unangenehm. This tunnel is an important north-south connection. Even if the tunnel is now well over 50 years old, it can be used without hesitation. The ventilation is not good and especially uncomfortable when there is a lot of traffic.

Aufgrund erforderlichen Autokennzeichentausch wurde mir in der Zentrale telefonisch zugesichert die Umschreibung vor Ort bei der Mautstelle kostenlos durchzuführen und ich müsse mich umsonst nichts kümmern. Der wirklich „freundliche“ Herr an der Mautkassa (9 Juli 2021) wusste davon nichts, trotz meines mehrmaligen urgieren und Verweis auf das Telefonat bestand dieser auf 10 EUR Bearbeitungsgebühr. Völlig inakzeptabler Kundenservice „soll ich halt einfach wieder umdrehen…usv.“. Gerade in Zeiten der Digitalisierung und da bietet sich wohl die Automatisierung einer Mautkassa an – würde man sich andere Umgangsformen wünschen. I have the annual toll - it currently costs around 120 EUR / year.
