M	Mi Tro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verwende das Unternehmen „nur“ als Pickup für Pakete zB v Amazon. Die Öffnungszeiten sind top, die Dame sehr freundlich und geschäftig. Erstaunlich das sie bei der Vielzahl an Sendungen sowas wie eine Übersicht behält! Meine Freundin hat auch mal eine Kleinigkeit zu essem gekauft; ist ein lieber kleiner Laden wie es ihn zu meiner Schulzeit (ab 86) an jeder Ecke gab! I use the company "only" as a pickup for parcels, for example from Amazon. The opening times are great, the lady is very friendly and busy. It's amazing that she keeps something like an overview with the large number of broadcasts! My girlfriend also bought a bite to eat once; is a lovely little shop like the one you could find on every corner when I was at school (from 86)!

S	Sam antha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe wirklich selten einen so AUSGEZEICHNETEN Service erlebt. Ich hatte über das Internet einen Teppich bestellt & musste diesen mittels GLS retour schicken. Der erste GLS-Paketsshop, in dem ich war, nahm mir den Teppich nicht zurück. Grund: Beim Einscannen des Retourenlabels zeigte der Scanner an, dass der Teppich anscheinend schon einmal eingescannt worden war & sich somit schon im System befand - was aber nicht möglich war! Ich habe mich dann gleich darauf auf die Suche nach einem zweiten GLS-Paketshop in meiner Nähe gemacht - auch hier dasselbe Problem. Ich bin dann zufällig auf den Feinkostladen Waldherr gestoßen und auch hier zeigte der Scanner dieselbe Meldung an. Die liebe Dame hinter der Theke hat ohne lange zu Überlegen die GLS-Servicestelle kontaktiert, den Fall geschildert, nach einer Lösung gefragt, den Teppich entgegengenommen & war nebenbei auch noch unglaublich freundlich. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Ich habe ohne Probleme mein Geld retour bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank! Ich bin begeistert von so viel Hilfsbereitschaft & komme gerne wieder. I have rarely seen such an EXCELLENT service. I had ordered a carpet online and had to send it back using GLS. The first GLS parcel shop I was in did not take the carpet back. Reason: When scanning the return label, the scanner indicated that the carpet had apparently already been scanned and was already in the system - but this was not possible! Immediately afterwards I went looking for a second GLS parcel shop near me - the same problem here, too. Then I happened upon the Waldherr delicatessen and the scanner displayed the same message. The dear lady behind the counter contacted the GLS service point without hesitation, described the case, asked for a solution, accepted the carpet & was also incredibly friendly. Long story short: I got my money back without any problems. Thank you so much! I am enthusiastic about so much willingness to help and would love to come back.
