Die Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon war professionell und zugleich sehr unkompliziert und locker. Direkt vor dem beschilderten Eingangsbereich stehen den Kunden zwei private Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Behandlungszimmer ist Teil eines neuen Wohngebäudes und vermittelt von Beginn eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Die Behandlung (gewählt wurde „Classic“) begeisterte durch eine Grundanalyse des Hauttyps, für die sich Frau Reier ausreichend Zeit nahm, und eine sehr individuelle Pflegeleistung. Als wirklich positiv aufgenommen wurde, dass mehrere qualitative Pflegeprodukte verfügbar sind, welche aber nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage näher erklärt werden und somit aus Kundensicht nicht zwangsweise beworben werden. Zum Abschluss gab es zudem noch tolle Tipps für die selbständige Hautpflege! Through a personal recommendation, I first became aware of the young entrepreneur Fr. Reier in Altenmarkt. Contacting us by phone was professional, and at the same time very uncomplicated and easy. Two private parking spaces are available to customers directly in front of the signposted entrance area. The treatment room is part of a new residential building and conveys a homely atmosphere right from the start. The treatment (“Classic” was chosen) inspired by a basic analysis of the skin type, for which Ms. Reier took enough time, and a very individual care service. The fact that several qualitative care products are available was really positively received, but these are only explained in more detail on explicit request and are therefore not necessarily advertised from the customer's point of view. At the end there were also great tips for independent skin care!
