Die erste Beratung war damals sehr enttäuschend, danach haben wir beschlossen doch noch einmal hinzugehen. Die zweite Beratung war wirklich super, die Dame war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns gut beraten. Nachdem die Ringe ausgesucht waren wurden wir zwei Mal angerufen ob wir wirklich ein Datum eingraviert haben möchten und wir haben uns dagegen entschieden. Als wir die Ringe abholen durften war das Datum leider eingraviert, was nicht allzu schlimm ist, Fehler können passieren. Sehr schade ist es allerdings, dass uns die Verkäuferin behandelt hat als wären wir beim Drive-in. Wir durften uns nicht die Zeit nehmen die Ringe genau zu begutachten und das Gefühl genießen gerade unsere Ringe zu probieren, die wir den Rest unseres Lebens tragen werden. Es war eher wie beim Kauf von ein paar Socken. Dieses Gefühl sollte nicht vermittelt werden. We had our wedding rings made to the value of a gross monthly salary. The first consultation was very disappointing at the time, after that we decided to go again. The second consultation was really great, the lady was very friendly, helpful and gave us good advice. After the rings had been chosen we were called twice if we really wanted to have a date engraved and we decided against it. When we were allowed to collect the rings, the date was unfortunately engraved, which is not too bad, mistakes can happen. It is a shame, however, that the seller treated us as if we were at the drive-in. We were not allowed to take the time to examine the rings closely and enjoy the feeling of trying our rings, which we will wear for the rest of our lives. It was more like buying a pair of socks. This feeling should not be conveyed.
