★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione dell'edificio, se si ama lo sci alpino (cioè non lo sci "di fondo") è strepitosa: quando c'è neve dappertutto, le lunghissime piste sono raggiungibili sciando per pochissimi metri attraverso il giardino dell'edificio! Inoltre gli appartamenti sono tutti ristrutturati molto recentemente e vi abbiamo trovato ogni genere di comfort tranne il forno microonde. La proprietaria che vi accoglierà (signora Verena) parla un po' di italiano ma lo capisce molto poco, quindi è opportuno conoscere la lingua inglese o tedesca. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo soprattutto se si prenota l'appartamento con un buon anticipo. Dal nostro appartamento, inoltre, si godeva di una bellissima vista sul paese di Bad Kleinkircheim!
 The location of the building, if you love alpine skiing (ie not "cross-country" skiing) is amazing: when there is snow everywhere, the long slopes can be reached by skiing for a few meters through the garden of the building! In addition, the apartments have all been renovated very recently and we have found every kind of comfort except the microwave oven. The owner who will welcome you (Mrs. Verena) speaks a little Italian but understands it very little, so it is advisable to know the English or German language. Good value for money especially if you book the apartment well in advance. Furthermore, from our apartment you had a beautiful view over the village of Bad Kleinkircheim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Прекрасне шале, гарно вмебльоване, купа різноманітного посуду, кухня. Є все для прекрасного відпочинку із сім'єю, навіть будиночок-ігрова для дітлахів. Піший доступ до крісельного підйомника. З лижної траси N13 можна під'їхати прямо до готелю. Рекомендую
Beautiful chalet, well furnished, a lot of different utensils, kitchen. There is everything for a wonderful holiday with the family, even a play house for children. Walking access to the chair lift. The N13 ski slope leads directly to the hotel. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment are really nice, the owners really friendly. The apartment is next to a ski lift but that ski track is closed if there is no heavy snow.

The staff is kind, the room is clean, and it was cosy for us. :) Maybe the breakfast could be better.

We got upgraded, free of charge, for a larger room with a lounge and kitchenette (we would have to pay extra though if we used the kitchenette).
The owners were almost non-existent and when we did see them - they weren't very friendly, which was a pity.
