Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte telefonisch. Hierbei will ich zunächst die außergewöhnlich unfreundliche Umgangsweise betonen, mit der wir konfrontiert waren. Aufgrund der Dringlichkeit unseres Anliegens blieben wir aber trotzdem bei diesem Dienstleister. Uns wurde als Termin der nächste Tag, 07:30 Uhr zugesichert. Auf das Erscheinen eines Installateurs des Unternehmens warteten wir allerdings vergeblich. Mehrere Versuche einer erneuten telefonischen Konktaufnahme schlugen fehl. Schlussendlich erhielten wir etwa 4 Stunden nach besagtem Termin eine Absage per e-Mail, mit der Begründung, es bestehe derzeit keine zeitliche Kapazität des Dienstleisters für eine örtliche Überprüfung unseres Anliegens. Eine, zumindest telefonisch ausgesprochene, Verständigung, gar Entschuldigung, erfolgte nicht. My partner and I were looking for the fastest possible help from a plumber (defective hot water boiler). Contact was made by telephone. First of all, I would like to emphasize the exceptionally unfriendly treatment we were confronted with. However, due to the urgency of our request, we stayed with this service provider. We were promised the next day, 7:30 a.m. as an appointment. However, we waited in vain for an installer from the company to appear. Several attempts to contact him by phone again failed. Finally, about 4 hours after the said appointment, we received a refusal by e-mail, on the grounds that the service provider did not currently have the time to check our request on site. An understanding, even an apology, at least over the phone, did not take place.
