Ich lasse von der ASA jedes Jahr meine Senkgrube ausheben und da mein Haus von der Strasse weit entfernt ist, müssen die Mitarbeiter wegen dem langen Schlauch extra den großen Müllentsorgungs-Wagen nehmen. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten sehr professionell und kommt die ASA auch sehr schnell, wenn ich einmal nicht aufpasse und die Senkgrube ist voll. Ich kenne die Mitarbeiter nun schon ein paar Jahre, aber ich werde am Telefon sofort zum Disponenten verbunden, der mir nach kurzer Terminüberprüfung ziemlich genau sagt, wann die ASA kommen kann. Eine halbe Stunde vor dem Eintreffen der Mannschaft erhalte ich auch noch einen Telefonanruf von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Ein derartig gutes Service von einem Unternehmen ist selten. Als ich einmal über sehr viele Holz- und Grasarbeiten jammerte, wurde mir sofort Hilfe angeboten. Ich bekomme jetzt auch jährlich eine Mulde, wo ich den Garten - Abfall innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Aufpreis hineingeben kann, sodass ich da keinen Druck habe. Auch die Preise sind gefühlsmäßig für die Leistung wirklich angemessen. Die ASA - oder jetzt FCC - ist bei Müllbeseitigung eine echte Empfehlung wert. I can only give the best judgment about the former ASA Neunkirchen, which is now part of the FCC. I have my cesspool dug by the ASA every year and since my house is far away from the street, the employees have to take the large garbage disposal cart because of the long hose. The employees work very professionally and the ASA comes very quickly if I'm not careful and the cesspool is full. I have known the employees for a few years now, but I am immediately put through the phone to the dispatcher, who, after briefly checking the deadline, tells me pretty precisely when the ASA can come. Half an hour before the team arrives, I also get a phone call from very friendly employees. Such good service from a company is rare. Once when I complained about a lot of wood and grass work, I was immediately offered help. I now get a trough every year where I can put the garden waste in it within 14 days at no extra charge, so that I have no pressure there. Emotionally, the prices are also really reasonable for the performance. The ASA - or now the FCC - is a real recommendation when it comes to garbage disposal.
