R	Richard Stütz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ware: Doppelfenster und Zwischentür in "Überhöhe" mit Verglasung, beide Produkte wie bestellt und in einer sehr schönen Ausführung. Montage: sehr zügig, sauber gearbeitet absolut SPITZE!! Service/Beratung: hier fängt es an zu haken, der Produzent der Türe las anscheinend die Skizze falsch -> Tür mit falscher Aufgangsrichtung = wieder 6 Wochen warten (da der Fehler erst bei der Montage auffiel, natürlich auch noch ein zweiter Montagetermin!!). Davon ganz abgesehen dass kein zugesagter Anruf/Mailverkehr mit zugesagten Infos stattfand ohne ein bis zweimaliges Erinnern. Als alles montiert war (die saubere Montage sei nochmals erwähnt) ging es an die Abrechnung. Für den massiven Lieferverzug gab es NICHTS, nach mehrmaligem Mailverkehr sowie erneutem Beraterbesuch satte 3%. Und zu allem Überfluss wurde auch noch versucht dies damit zu rechtfertigen dass nun eine Tür im Lager steht die man nicht braucht - ist das mein Problem bzw. soll ich das glauben - eher nicht. Goods: double window and intermediate door in "extra height" with glazing, both products as ordered and in a very nice design. Assembly: very quick, clean worked absolutely TOP !! Service / advice: here it starts to get stuck, the producer of the door apparently read the sketch incorrectly -> door with wrong opening direction = wait 6 weeks again (since the error only occurred during assembly, of course also a second assembly date !!) . Apart from that, no promised call / mail traffic with promised information took place without one or two reminders. When everything was assembled (the clean assembly should be mentioned again) it went to the billing. There was NOTHING for the massive delay in delivery, after repeated emails and repeated visits to the consultant, a whopping 3%. And to make matters worse, an attempt was made to justify the fact that there is now a door in the warehouse that you don't need - if that's my problem or I should believe it - rather not.

Habe mich in diesen Blumentrog verliebt ?, den ich als Grander nutzen werde ?? An inconspicuous company on the side of the road. But if you go inside you can see the huge selection here. I fell in love with this flower trough ? which I will use as a grander ??

Aber das von Seiten der Firma keine Einsicht da ist, ärgert mich sehr. Es interessiert keinen. Seit 4 Tagen warte ich auf den Rückruf vom Chef....... The first and last purchase from this company. The customer service that screwed up happens again and again. But that the company has no insight, it annoys me very much. Nobody cares. For 4 days I have been waiting for the boss to call me .......
