★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich gar keinen Stern vergeben. Ich habe mir MNS-Masken bestellt und wieder zurück gesendet, da diese sich beim Atmen so angesaugt haben, daß ich keine Luft bekommen habe. Ich habe wegen der Rückzahlung drei Mails geschrieben und 3 mal angerufen und werde bis heute ignoriert. Mein Geld habe ich auch nicht zurück bekommen. Sowas ist das Letzte. Ich habe bereits den online Ombudsmann eingeschaltet und jeder Geschädigte sollte das auch tun um solche Praktiken zu unterbinden. Wir müssen uns wehren.
 If it were possible I wouldn't give a star at all. I ordered MNS masks and sent them back because they sucked in so much while breathing that I couldn't breathe. I wrote three emails and called 3 times about the repayment and have been ignored to this day. I didn't get my money back either. That’s the last thing. I have already switched on the online ombudsman and every victim should do so to prevent such practices. We have to fight back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man sich nicht ärgern will sollte man hier nicht bestellen.
Haben zwar lustige Sache aber man bekommt sie halt nicht.... habe am 02.10. bestellt und seit dem nie wieder was gehört. Reagieren nicht auf Mails und die versprochenen Rückrufe erfolgen nicht. Sehr inkompetenter Shop minus 5 Sterne wären hier angebracht!
If you don't want to get angry you shouldn't order here.
They have funny things but you don't get them .... got on 02.10. ordered and never heard anything since. Do not respond to emails and the promised callbacks do not occur. Very incompetent shop minus 5 stars would be appropriate here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit dem 17.08. ist meine Bestellung ausgeliefert, aber bis heute ist nichts angekommen. Auf meine Mails und Anrufe zur Lösungsfindung wird nicht reagiert. Ich finde so ein Verhalten unseriös und bin extrem enttäuscht und verärgert. Ich hatte wirklich Geduld, da ich denke das immer Mal was schief gehen kann. Bis heute keine Reaktion.
Since August 17th my order has been delivered, but nothing has arrived until today. There is no response to my emails and calls to find a solution. I find such behavior frivolous and am extremely disappointed and angry. I was really patient because I always think that something can go wrong. No response to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im April habe ich auch Masken bestellt, aber keine Bestellbestätigung mit den Bankdaten bekommen wie angekündigt. Daraufhin habe ich über das kontaktformular geschrieben und um Hilfe gebeten, nichts, Null Reaktion. Im September habe ich nun eine Mahnung bekommen. Was soll das. Daraufhin habe ich wieder über das kontakformular geschrieben, Null Reaktion. Nun habe ich meine Bestellung per E-Mail widerrufen, leider auch hier Null Reaktion. Schade, das man hier als Kunde allein gelassen wird und keine Hilfe bekommt
In April I also ordered masks, but did not receive an order confirmation with the bank details as announced. Then I wrote using the contact form and asked for help, nothing, zero response. In September I received a reminder. What's that. Then I wrote again using the contact form, zero response. Now I have canceled my order by e-mail, unfortunately no response here either. It's a shame that you are left alone here as a customer and get no help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Leute zeigt diesen Typen bei der Arbeiterkammer/Konsumentenschutz an, habe dadurch jetzt endlich mein Geld zurück bekommen! Kostet euch wie gesagt nichts als einen Anruf und einer email!
Edit: Da ich mein Geld nach zwei Monaten immer noch nicht zurück erhalten habe und eine Kontaktaufnahme weder per Mail noch Telefon möglich ist, habe ich den Shop nun beim Konsumentenschutz der Arbeiterkammer angezeigt! Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen! Kostet euch nix und die kümmern sich sofort und gehen wenn nötig auch vor Gericht ohne dass ihr weiter Arbeit oder Kosten damit habt! Der Shop gehört übrigens einem Herrn Kastner Bernhard der Firma Kastner Media (auch auf Facebook vertreten), dort findet ihr eine andere Telefonnummer und kommt nicht wie bei fashion manufaktur zu einer merkwürdigen “Vermittlung“ auch wenn bei mir wieder nur ein Mitarbeiter dran war, der mir versicherte der “Chef“ würde mich zurück rufen, was natürlich nicht passierte...
Ursprüngliche Nachricht: Nur Ärger! Seit einem Monat keine Antwort auf Emails! Es gab kein Retourenlabel, ich solle es nach telefonischer Absprache auf bezahlt Empfänger zurück schicken! Dies war vor zwei Wochen, noch immer keine Rückerstattung auf dem Konto! Telefonisch erreicht man nur einen Callcenter der “die Sache weiter gibt“. Alles sehr unseriös und von Kundenservice keine Rede! Masken werden als “fair wair“ usw beworben! Sehen aber qualitativ sehr minderwertig aus und auch der Schnitt ist eine Katastrophe! Sieht eher aus wie billige Chinaware! Finger weg von diesem Shop! Gehört sich eigentlich mal vom Gewerbeamt kontrolliert!
Edit: People report this guy to the Chamber of Labor / Consumer Protection, so I finally got my money back! As I said, it costs you nothing but a call and an email!
Edit: Since I still haven't got my money back after two months and it is not possible to contact me by email or phone, I have now reported the shop to the Chamber of Labor's consumer protection department! I can only recommend it to everyone! Don't cost anything and they'll take care of it immediately and, if necessary, go to court without you having to do any further work or costs! Incidentally, the shop belongs to a Mr. Kastner Bernhard from Kastner Media (also represented on Facebook), there you will find a different phone number and you won't get a strange "mediation" like with fashion manufaktur, even if I only had one employee the "boss" assured me that he would call me back, which of course didn't happen ...
Original message: Just trouble! No response to emails for a month! There was no return label, I should send it back to the paid recipient after a telephone call! This was two weeks ago, still no refund on the account! By phone you can only reach a call center that “passes the matter on”. Everything is very dubious and there is no question of customer service! Masks are advertised as “fair wair” etc.! But they look very inferior in quality and the cut is also a disaster! Looks more like cheap chinaware! Stay away from this shop! Belongs to be checked by the trade office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich überhaupt kein Stern verdient!! Ware nach 5 Wochen immer noch nicht da, per Email reklamiert, und 4 mal angerufen. Der zugesagte Rückruf blieb jedes Mal aus. Lausiger Kundenservice, Bestellung habe ich heute storniert und die bereits geleistete Zahlung per Paypal zurück gefordert. Dort bestelle ich nichts mehr!
Actually no star at all !! Were still not there after 5 weeks, complained by email and called 4 times. The promised callback never happened. Lousy customer service, I canceled the order today and demanded the payment back via PayPal. I no longer order anything there!

Danke Wolfgang Schartmüller für den Tipp - ich werde dies ebenfalls machen (Anzeige!). Ich warte seit Juli 2020 auf die Ware oder zumindest auf irgendeine Reaktion! So viel zum Thema man soll doch bevorzugt am österreichischen Markt einkaufen. ;-)
Update: Anzeige bei Polizei erstattet, geht nun zur Polizei in Krems & Staatsanwaltschaft.
Tipp: Arbeiterkammer & Internet Ombudsstelle konnte mir z.B. nicht helfen (außer den Tipp mit der Mahnklage bei Gericht - was mir auch vermutlich nichts nutzen würde, da ich keinen Einschreiber an die Firma gesendet habe). Am besten gleich direkt zur Polizei.
Really a shame that there is no way to give NO star !! No comment on this company! Whoever orders something here has only one thing: paid, but no goods!
Thanks Wolfgang Schartmüller for the tip - I'll do this too (ad!). I have been waiting for the goods or at least some kind of reaction since July 2020! So much on the subject of shopping at the Austrian market. ;-)
Update: Report to the police, now goes to the police in Krems & the public prosecutor's office.
Tip: Chamber of Labor & Internet Ombudsman couldn't help me, for example (apart from the tip with the dunning action in court - which probably wouldn't do me any good because I didn't send a registered person to the company). The best thing is to go straight to the police.
