Ist sicher schon ein Jahr her, aber die Story hat es sich verdient geteilt zu werden. Ich bin mit meinem Fahrrad zu Farben Christoph gefahren, um mir Farbe zu kaufen. Am Weg ist mir die Befestigung des hinteren Fahrradkorbes abgebrochen. Daher konnte ich die Farbe nicht transportieren. Die Mitarbeiterin von Farben Christoph hat mir nicht nur geholfen den Korb behelfsmäßig wieder zu montieren um das Fahrrad bewegen zu können, sie hat mir auch die Farbe heimgebracht, da es mir zu gefährlich war die Farbe mit dem halbkaputten Fahrrad zu transportieren. Das war echt mega nett und Kundenservice auf allerhöchstem Niveau. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Farben Christoph Team :) I really have to report a mega-positive customer experience at Farben Christoph. It's probably been a year, but the story deserves to be shared. I rode my bike to Farben Christoph to buy some paint. On the way, the fastening of the rear bicycle basket broke off. Therefore I could not transport the paint. The employee at Farben Christoph not only helped me to temporarily reassemble the basket in order to be able to move the bike, she also brought the paint home for me because it was too dangerous for me to transport the paint on the half-broken bike. That was really super nice and customer service at the highest level. Many thanks again to the Farben Christoph team :)
