E	Eric Buder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am 12.November 2019 von 12:00 bis 13:00 zu besuch, Kellnerin ist sehr überfordert mit 3 Personen, unfreundlich und wenn ich ehrlich bin kann ich mich der Rezession mit „Geschmacklich und Optisch nicht Gut“ sowie „Teller werden auf den Tisch geknallt“ nur anschließen.. Werde auch eher NICHT mehr zu besuch kommen.. Was on November 12, 2019 from 12:00 to 13:00 to visit, waitress is very overwhelmed with 3 people, rude and if I'm honest I can recession with "taste and optically not good" as well as "plates on the Table popped "just connect .. Will also NOT more to visit ..
S	Succubus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der schlimmste Hendlgrill, in der ganzen Süd-Steirischen Region. Bereits um halb 1, zur Mittagszeit waren keine Hendl mehr zum bestellen da. Meine Mutter hat daraufhin einen Hähnchenstreifen-Salat bestellt. Essen war unappetitlich garniert und wurde uns ohne ein Wort auf den Tisch geklatscht. Das Besteck war total verbogen. Die Trinkgläser waren sichtlich benutzt und nur kurz unter fließendem Wasser gespült worden. Die Bedienung war schmuddelig, hatte Löcher in ihrer Dienstkleidung und bis zum geht-nicht-mehr unfreundlich. Bei der Abrechnung hatte sie uns €3 zuviel verrechnet. Also wir sie darauf hinwiesen hat sie Geld auf den Tisch geworfen und ist ohne sich zu entschuldigen gegangen. Das gleiche ist auch einem älteren Herrn am Nebentisch passiert. The worst Hendlgrill, in the whole South Styrian region. Already at half past one, at lunchtime were no more Hendl to order. My mother then ordered a chicken strip salad. Food was unappetizing garnished and we were without a word on the table. The cutlery was totally bent. The drinking glasses were visibly used and only briefly rinsed under running water. The wait staff was grubby, had holes in their attire, and went-to-not-more rude. In the settlement she had charged us € 3 too much. So we pointed out she threw money on the table and went without apologizing. The same thing happened to an elderly gentleman at the next table.

Sehr gute Qualität und super Service, Preisleistung ist ausgezeichnet Fresh and juicy grilled chicken, fried chicken and more to take away or enjoy on site (if the gastro is ever allowed to lock out again - that will be decided in the next few weeks ?) Die Bedienung war der ober Hammer wir hatten ein kleines Soda bestellt, bekommen hatten wir ein großes Soda mit Zitrone und die Ansage von der Kellnerin war da gut dann trink Soda mit Zitrone. sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Dann zum Essen mein Backhendel Salat mit 4 Streifen Hünchen( das einzig gute an dem Salat) gebettet auf einem wässrigen Kübel-Kartoffel Salat mit geschmacklosen grünen Salat. Und von der Wartezeit und dem Preis will ich gar nicht reden.. also mein Fazit so schnell geh ich da nicht mehr hin. In Wirklichkeit eine absolute Frechheit der Besuch war am Samstag den 27.juli The visit was an absolute flop. The service was the worst we had ordered a small soda, we had a large soda with lemon and the message from the waitress was good then drink soda with lemon. I've never experienced anything like that. Then to eat my fried chicken salad with 4 strips of chicken (the only good thing about the salad) on a watery tub-potato salad with tasteless green salad. And I do not want to talk about the waiting time and the price .. So my conclusion so fast I do not go there anymore. In reality an absolute impudence the visit was on Saturday the 27th of July
M	Martin Hechtl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War das erste und das letzte mal dort. Kellnerin mit Brille ist Unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Es gibt Kein Bitte und kein Danke absolut nichts. Das essen und Getränk Wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt... Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt... Fühlte mich dort als Gast unerwünscht.. Nie wieder! Was the first and the last time there. Waitress with glasses is rude until the end is no more. There is no request and no thank you absolutely nothing. The food and drink Wordlessly put on the table ... Something I've never experienced ... Felt there as a guest undesirable .. Never again!

B	B S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche, patzige Bedienung (am Telefon nannte sie sich "Manuela") - gefühlt halbe Karte nicht vorrätig, Grillhuhn ok (dafür den Stern), Kartoffelsalat hat mir nicht gut geschmeckt; werde nicht mehr wiederkommen. Evtl. täte es gut, mit der betreffenden Kollegin mal ein ernstes Gespräch über Freundlichkeit in der Dienstleistungsbranche zu führen (arbeite dort selbst); wenn man auf "Einen schönen Abend noch" nichts sagt außer finster zu schauen, ist da dringend Nachholbedarf, m.M.n.. Very unfriendly, snotty service (on the phone she called herself "Manuela") - felt like half the menu wasn't available, grilled chicken was ok (therefore the star), potato salad didn't taste good to me; won't be coming back. It might be good to have a serious conversation with the colleague in question about friendliness in the service industry (I work there myself); if you don't say anything on "A nice evening yet" but scowl, there's an urgent need to catch up, m.m.n..
