G	German Radio Service on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Unterkunft in bester Lage. Auch für Reisende ohne Kinder sind die Chalets sehr gut geeignet. Die regionale Küche ist abwechslungsreich und die Mitarbeiter sind alle extrem nett und aufmerksam. Alles wird gut gepflegt und ist sehr sauber. Ein tolles Hotel um von dort aus Ausflüge und Wanderungen zu machen. Gute Tipps dazu erhält man vom Chef persönlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Good accommodation in a prime location. The chalets are also very suitable for travelers without children. The regional cuisine is varied and the staff are all extremely nice and attentive. Everything is well looked after and is very clean. A great hotel for excursions and hikes from there. You can get good tips on this from the boss personally. We would love to come back.
S	Sabrina Kunert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst möchte ich das stets freundliche Personal loben und auch ist das Hotel sauber und gepflegt. Die Kleinigkeiten sind das, was uns am Ende gestört hat. Um 09.00 Uhr morgens sind die Brötchen leer und müssen erst aufgebacken werden, das Ei war ständig leer und wenn es aufgefüllt wurde konnten sich 2 Leute bedienen und der Rest ging wieder leer aus. Die Nudeln am Kinderbuffet waren kalt obwohl das Restaurant erst 15 min geöffnet hatte, es werden keine Brennpasten unter das Buffet gestellt. Die Ski sind nicht ordentlich gewachst, das ist auf dem Berg bei den Skilehrern schon bekannt wenn man aus dem Hotel dort kommt. Der Pool war sehr kalt, definitiv keine 30 Grad. Abends gab es Schnitzel mit Kaisergemüse, das war alles aber kein Kaisergemüse. Es gab viele Tage immer nur eine Marmeladensorte zur Auswahl (hier könnte man aufgrund von Nachhaltigkeit von kleinen Plastikpäckchen umsteigen)... viele kleine Dinge die einen am Ende dann schon stören. Und hätte man uns bei Abreise mal gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war hätten wir dies kund gegeben. First of all, I would like to commend the always friendly staff and also the hotel is clean and well maintained. The little things are what bothered us in the end. At 09:00 in the morning the rolls were empty and had to be baked first, the egg was constantly empty and when it was refilled, 2 people could help themselves and the rest went away empty-handed. The noodles at the children's buffet were cold, although the restaurant was only open 15 minutes, no fuel pastes were placed under the buffet. The skis are not properly waxed, this is already known to the ski instructors on the mountain when you come out of the hotel. The pool was very cold, definitely not 30 degrees. In the evening there was schnitzel with Kaisergemüse, but that was not Kaisergemüse. Many days there was always only one type of jam to choose from (here you could switch from small plastic packets due to sustainability)... many small things that bother you in the end. And if we had been asked on departure how our stay was, we would have said so.

It's the perfect place for people with children. There is also a little playschool for children starting at the age of 3. The SPA is also quiet nice, different saunas, an indoor pool for children aswell for parents. There is also a course for children to learn how to swim. The meals are traditional austrian most times and the rooms are quiet nice actually. Strongly recommended!
