★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankauf einer gebrauchten Eigentumswohnung verlief im Sand. Man wird hingewiesen das man einen Vormerkbogen ausgefüllt zurücksenden soll, nachdem wir das gemacht haben hörten wir nie wider etwas. Auf Email Anfragen bzgl. dem Status, folgt keine Antwort.
Buying a used condominium came to nothing. You are advised that you should fill out a reservation form and send it back, after we did that we never heard anything against it. There is no response to email inquiries regarding the status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Zuge eines Verlassenschaftsverfahrens und damit verbundener Rückgabe einer Wohnung musste ich erstmalig Kontakt mit der Familienwohnbau aufnehmen und kann nur Positives berichten. Ich wurde von Beginn an von den zuständigen Damen (Fr.Routschka u. Fr.Walter) äußerst kooperativ, kompetent und freundlich betreut, besser geht es nicht. Dickes Lob dafür!!!!
In the course of inheritance proceedings and the associated return of an apartment, I had to contact Familienwohnbau for the first time and can only report positive things. Right from the start I was looked after by the responsible ladies (Ms. Routschka and Ms. Walter) in an extremely cooperative, competent and friendly manner, it couldn't be better. Kudos for that !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desaströser Umgang mit Kunden. Auf Antworten muss man ungelogen bis zu vier Monaten warten. Der Kunde stört da bloß.
Was allerdings super klappt, ist, wenn echt was kaputt ist. Da schickt die Hausverwaltung schnell jemanden. Alles andere ist eine Katastrophe. Bin froh um jeden Kontakt, den ich da nicht haben muss.
Disastrous dealings with customers. You have to wait up to four months for answers. The customer is just a nuisance.
What works great, however, is when something is really broken. The property management team quickly sends someone. Everything else is a disaster. I'm happy for every contact that I don't need to have.
