Dieses Lammfleisch ist mit Abstand das beste, was wir je bekommen haben. Und wir haben schon früher sehr oft Lammfleisch gekauft.
Die zusätzliche Besonderheit ist, dass der Jungbauer als gelernter Koch ganz genau weiß, wie das Fleisch zerlegt gehört, um optimal zubereitet zu werden.

We are from the beginning of the lamb breeding of the courageous family Uitz highly satisfied customers of the lamb meat. The animal husbandry is exemplary.
This lamb is by far the best we have ever gotten. And we have very often bought lamb before.
The additional special feature is that the young farmer as a trained chef knows exactly how the meat belongs dissected in order to be optimally prepared.
