Und in meine Augen richtig unfreundlich!!! Keine Hilfe Noch nicht mal das man sich etwas ausgemachen hätte können. Kann ich nicht empfehlen diesen drecks Laden. Just wanted to say over the phone that I did not receive a product in the morning despite paying with the debit card. After the 5 times finally took off. And really unfriendly in my eyes! No help Not even that you could have made out something. I can't recommend this filthy place.

Sie hat ohne weitere Fragen schein mit allen Zusätzen für Mittwoch ausgedruckt und mich nach meinem Protest beschimpft. Und dann weil ich für sie zu viel nachgefragt habe fast hinausgeworfen. Nie wieder Rude, unfriendly. Wanted a lottery ticket for Sunday, 2 boxes. Without any further questions, she printed out the form with all the additions for Wednesday and insulted me after my protest. And then because I asked too much for her, almost threw it out. Never again

Also hab ich mich an die blonde Mitarbeiterin gewandt mit der Bitte um Hilfe. ANTWORT: Das ist nicht mein Automat. RÜCKFRAGE meinerseits: gehört der Automat nicht zu deinem Geschäft. Ihre Antwort war dann nur, das es nicht ihr Automat und nicht ihr Geschäft ist. Musst halt ordentlich den Automat bedienen. So eine Mitarbeiterin wünscht sich sicher jeder Unternehmer, wenn er keine Kunden mehr haben möchte War das erste und letzte mal dort!! Very rude employee. Had a problem with the cigarette machine, no cigarettes received, no money back. So I turned to the blonde employee with a request for help. ANSWER: This is not my machine. INQUIRY on my part: the machine is not part of your business. Their answer was only that it is not their machine and not their business. Just have to operate the machine properly. Every entrepreneur would want such an employee if he no longer wants to have customers Was there for the first and last time !!

J	Josef Zach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr unfreundliche Besitzerin dieser Trafik! Wollte um 9.15 eine Wochenkarte kaufen und wie üblich wollte ich bar bezahlen! Mir wurde von dieser dame gesagt, ich kann nicht in Bar bezahlen sondern muss mit der Karte zahlen weil sie um 9.15 keine 30 Euro raus geben kann! Da ich ihr mitteilte, ich würde nie mit Karte zahlen wurde ich dann noch beschimpft! Lieber ein paar meter weiter zur nächsten Trafik gehen wo sehr freundliche Trafikanten sind als noch ein einziges mal diese Trafik zu betreten! da schon geöffnet war, als ich diese Trafik betreten habe, war auch dieser Hinweis nicht mehr an der Tür! Weiteres kann man dies in einen höflichen Ton sagen und nicht in einer unhöflichen Art! An den Beiträgen kann man erkennen das dies kein Einzelfall ist - war! Lieber ein paar Meter weiter gehen wo man freundlich bedient wird! A very rude owner of this tobacconist! Wanted to buy a weekly pass at 9.15 and as usual wanted to pay cash! I was told by this lady that I can't pay in cash but have to pay by card because she can't give out 30 euros at 9.15! Since I informed her that I would never pay by card, I was insulted! Better to go a few meters further to the next tobacconist where there are very friendly tobacconists than to enter this tobacconist one more time! since it was already open when I entered this tobacconist, this notice was no longer on the door either! Further, you can say this in a polite tone and not in a rude way! From the posts you can see that this is not an isolated case - it was! Better to go a few meters further where you will be served in a friendly manner!
N	Noémi Gasztány on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienung von der Mitarbeiterin ist schrecklich. Sie ist sehr unhöflich. Sie hat mir falsche Bustickets gegeben und mit mir sehr böse geredet. Sie hat dann mich fett genannt. Eine Schwangere Frau fett zu nennen ist einfach böse und sehr unintelligent. Sie hat mir dann noch ihre Mittlerfinger gezeigt ( was natürlich dann ich auch gemacht gabe) Ich empfähle dieses Geschäft kein Mensch! Service from the employee is terrible. She is very rude. She gave me wrong bus tickets and spoke very badly to me. She then called me fat. Calling a pregnant woman fat is just plain nasty and very unintelligent. She then showed me her middle finger (which of course I did as well) I do not recommend this shop to anyone!
