★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and large hotel, with an amazing spa and pool area. The spa consists of an outside area with two sauna's and an inside area with several of wellness facilities and silent rooms to rest. The pool area has An outside (heated) pool and an inside pool. The pool area also has a 'silent room', where you can rest, read or just enjoy the silence.
The rooms are spacious and clean. One minor issue with the rooms is the closetspace which could use more coathangers. A nice addition to the standard 'do not disturb' and 'please clean my room' signs, is the possibility to let the cleaningpersonel skip your room in order to 'save' the environment and receive a 5 euro discount (for each time) on your final invoice.
The location is also very good. Lots of things to do in the immediate vicinity, like hiking, biking or cross country skiing. If you are by car you can visit Linz or even visit the Lipno lake in the Czech Republic. We visited the concentration camp of Mauthausen (+-60km from the hotel) which was very imposing.
The kitchen is where the hotel drops the ball, a little bit. The chef tries to reach haute cuisine level but fails to deliver. The meals are good, bit not 5 star worthy. The morning buffet is a but uninspired but ok.
All in all a very good hotel, which can be expected for the price.

The restaurant is very big and my congratulation, incredible chef.
Wednesday they open till 22 so is fantastic for a relax night bath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent three beautifull nights with our kids. Kids enjoyed their own room and we appreciated our privacy. The rooms are nice and clean, hotel generally well maintained. The swimming pool, indoor and outdoor is what our kids loved the most, although we had to keep them a bit quiet - its a welness hotel not focused for the kids, what we new and respected. Food is fine enough. Special thanks to a bartender who made our evenings wery pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. Very clean and modern. Nice pool, many different saunaus, nice meals, comfortable room. Only drawback is that all the signs and menus are only in german language. That very complicates the use of saunas and choice of food. Receptionists could do with some training , they seem very lost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean Hotel in great location with a very good Wellness area, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel, for my taste, though is not cozy, it also might have quite a lot of guests, which makes the experience a bit bitter and the worse is a dinner, which is not awful, but I would rate it as unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic wellness. Rooms are average, unfortunately the Austrian standard beds with separate mattresses and individual small blankets. Improve this and it will be a perfect hotel.
