★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a room to watch our daughter compete in a competition March 8-16... then the team decided not to travel due to the virus. Hotel charged us a 70% cancellation fee which amounted to over $1,000. Had we gone, the flights to get home were cancelled and we would have been stuck there... Shame on this hotel for taking such an unreasonable cancellation fee.

Service realy great. We loved the professional personal. In Germany we call them Heinzelmännchen.
Breakfast is outstanding.
Spa is new, very clean, smal but you find everything you need.
We had a great standard room. It was very new and clean.
Additional you have a room for dart, Billard (pool) , table football great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 4 weeks! Superb people.......well stocked bar and food amazing! Made prolonged stay through work a hell of a lot more pleasant. Good local taxi service...go have a look about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inarguably best breakfast ( like in Hilton 5* hotel ) , quite new, good amenities.
Unfortunately I need to remove one star for the loud night cargo trains and even if you tired and you sleep with open windows you will notice it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Fairhotel Hochfilzen this summer and had such a good time! Bike rental, hiking tips, everything you can think of was provided... My favourite part of the hotel was the sauna / spa area. It was super clean, with lovely saunas, herbs, and super nice relaxation area and balcony overlooking the alm. I would always come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms and toilets. Breakfast was good. Adequate car parking space. We hired electric cycle from them and it costs 35 euro a day. Credit card was accepted for payments.
