Das Beste an dem Unternehmen ist die Preis Leistung. Was often picked up from work and brought home, had several stops on the way and was never a problem, mostly I was only charged 2 to 3 euros more for this. Zur gegebenen Zeit kam kein Taxi und die Nummer war plötzlich nicht mehr erreicbar. Als nach einer Viertelstunden noch immer kein Taxi da war haben wir mit viel Stress eine andere Lösung organisieren müssen. Kann von einer Buchung bei Fair-Ride nur abraten! We ordered a taxi from Fair-Ride for an important appointment, using the phone number on the website and two hours in advance. At the appropriate time there was no taxi and the number was suddenly no longer available. When after a quarter of an hour there was still no taxi, we had to organize another solution with a lot of stress. Can only advise against booking at Fair-Ride!

Beim hinfahrt der Fahrer hat gesagt,kann ich ihn anrufen wenn ich Rückfahrt brauche und wenn er Zeit hat,kommt oder schickt ein Kollege hin.20Minuten vor Rückfahrt habe ich ihn angerufen und er sagte,schickt ein Kollege.Ist aber nicht gekommen.Wieder hab ich angerufen,und sagt er,paar Minute,sicher kommt der Kollege!20Minute habe ich mit Beckenbruch und Gehgestell gewartet unter dem Mittagssonne!Und der Typ nicht mehr geantwortet auf mein Anruf. Was für ein Mensch macht sowas? Danke die furchtbare Erfahrung! Ich empfehle diese Firma für niemanden! I took the Fair-Ride Taxi today, which is just not fair! I was on a walker because of a broken pelvis! On the way there, the driver said, I can call him if I need the return trip and if he has time, a colleague will come or send him there. 20 minutes before the return trip I called him and he said, a colleague will send. But he didn't come, I'll be back I called and he says, a few minutes, the colleague is sure to come! I waited 20 minutes with a broken pelvis and walking frame under the midday sun! And the guy no longer answered my call. What kind of person does that? Thank you for the terrible experience! I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Wer leider nicht kam, war der Fahrer, am Telefon hob niemand ab und auf mein Mail antwortete natürlich auch niemand . Bis heute kam keine Entschuldigung oder sonstwas ? NIE WIEDER!!! ? Ordered an airport transfer for 5.9.21 at 6:30 am, this was also confirmed by email. Who unfortunately did not come was the driver, nobody answered the phone and of course nobody answered my email. Until today there was no apology or anything ? NEVER AGAIN !!! ?
