★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! I drove 3 hours to see a car and they wouldn't reserve it for me unless I pay 500 euros for pre purchase. I couldn't do that because I had an issues with papers for the loan. But honestly they could have reserve it for a week, I don't know why is that a big deal. And other people can still come and see the car. Anyway 5 days later I had everything soarted out with the bank and before I took the loan I called Martin just to make sure. He told me 'ok but i can't speak now can you call me later. I said ok and went and took the loan. 2 hours later I called again and he tells me that they sold a car. He could have said earlier it is sold or he could have memoerized my nummer and tell me. But I gues they just don't care.
