Fahrschule Burtscher - Rheinstraße 6

Gute Fahrschule. Hatte durch urlaub zwei Fachlehrer und alle könnte auf hohem Niveau unterrichten. Kann die Fahrschule nur empfehlen. Die Lehrer haben immer ein offenes Ohr und man kann auch gerne seine Unsicherheiten ansprechen.

Diese fahrschule soll man einfach kein einzigen cent geben weil die es nicht verdient haben ich würde lieber 2-3 monate länger warten auf normale termine bei anderen fahrschule wie hier weil hier lernst du nichts auser geld zu diese fahrschule schenken!!!!!!

Alle gute rezensionen also 5 sterne sind fake und gekauft die verdienen 1 weil da nichts wirklich nichts gut ist.... alles schlecht diese fahrschule soll man gar kein geld einzahlen und nichts!

They don’t listen to you, they don’t understand you but they make you pay for that. I had to pay around 200 euros for a service that I didn’t get. And they seem very happy to have my money for nothing.

In a short: worst experience ever! We wanted to have a driving license with the automatic gear car and applied for that. They accepted our appliance, got our money and gave an appointment for 3 months later. They gave a receipt and a card which shows the lesson’s date. They even didn’t give any contract or any documents which services they will give. Since we just wanted to change the driving license with an Austrian one actually we do not have to make any lessons by Austrian laws. We can directly go the practice test but it should be over any driving school. That’s why we had to visit a driving school first. This school makes 2 hours of driving lessons even though we don’t have to since they wanna make extra money. The lady on the reception cannot speak English and i am also not very sure if she understand German good as well. Allthough she informed very well about the payments but nothing else. In the end on the lessons date we recognized that they do not have any car with an automatic gear! The first sentences was not of course sorry or something like that but they do not wanna give our money back. As a customer in a school you expect a bit of kindness. It doesn’t matter who is not remembering. It can be misunderstanding from our side or from the school but as a business you should inform your customers. There is nothing on the website which says that they do not have any automatic gear car. They do not give any contract so both sides can check and if there is a misunderstanding they can solve it directly. There is a clear ill will. When waiting in front of the school, driving teacher asked why we are speaking English, from where we are coming etc. How dare the employees can be so rude? What is the aim for that kind of questions really? The lady in the reception declared only that they don’t want to give our money back and keep it for the services they supposed to give. Then the owner called and accused also that we are not saying the truth and he believes his employees. Even though he was not there he can easily accuse the customers for some euros he will make without giving any service. Your value as a customer or student is that much from this place’s eyes! He also commented that his favorite thing in life is to make money. So imagine a school whose first aim to make money not to teach its students or imagine a business its goal to make money even though if it is rude to it’s customers! If they make money, the rest is not important for them. It’s really a shame that kinda things still can happen in the year of 2021 in the middle of Europe. Burtscher can be really happy that they have our 200 Euros for nothing or as they say for some mailing to BH. If you will choose this one in around Bregenz, please be sure you have everything in a written format, otherwise they will try to take your money even though if they will not give any service since their only goal is to make money.
