Zum Abholtermin um 9 Uhr wurde uns dann gesagt, dass reservieren gar nicht geht! Räder natürlich keine da! Management by Chaos! Wo die ausgeliehenen Räder gerade sind und wann sie zurückkommen - weiss nicht einmal der Chef. Na bravo! Sehr enttäuschend! Completely unreliable and uncooperative team! E-bikes were reserved 2 days before by an employee and confirmed as fixed. At the pick-up date at 9:00 a.m. we were told that booking was not possible! Of course there are no wheels! Management by chaos! Even where the borrowed bikes are and when they come back - not even the boss knows. Bravo! Very disappointing!

Wir haben über die Homepage 2 e-Mountainbikes reserviert und als wir dann vorort waren, hieß es dass sie keinen Zugriff auf dieses Portal hätten und sie auch nur ein MTB für uns haben. Ich verstehe nicht wie so ein Laden bestehen kann, wenn man so arbeitet.. Fazit: leiht euch eure Bikes wo anders aus!! Attention absolutely uncoordinated !!! We reserved 2 e-mountain bikes on the website and when we were there, it was said that they had no access to this portal and that they only had one MTB for us. I don't understand how such a shop can survive when you work like this .. Conclusion: borrow your bikes somewhere else !!
