Freundliche, helle und sehr aufgeräumt Ordination mit ausreichend Behandlungsräumlichkeiten und der Möglichkeit, eine Krone oder ein Inlay innerhalb einer Stunde fix fertig zu erhalten - von der Vorbereitung, dem Maßnehmen bis zum Einpassen - mit nur einem einzigen Besuch (Hinweis; früher waren bzw. heute sind bei anderen Zahnärzten dazu 2-3 Besuche im Abstand von 2 bis 4 Wochen notwendig.). In meinem Fall, Wurzelnachbehandlung, Stift und Krone innerhalb 45 Minuten, schmerzfrei - ohne Bedarf einer "Spritze" - das konnte bisher niemand toppen. Passt kommt man zum Termin, sitzen 6 Leute schon dort und noch dazu wartet man 15min vor der Tür. Bei Frage wie lange dies dauert bekommt man unfreundlich Antwort 2 Std sicher. Für was macht man Termin? Dann hätte auch gleich nach Anruf kommen können!!!! If you are in pain, you only get an appointment 3 weeks later, although you only stress with tablets. Die Zahnartztassisten oder auch ärztin war unfreundlich das es höher nicht mehr geht. Notdienst hin oder her halte es für eine bodenlose Frechheit. Um auf mein drängen hin würde doch endlich eine Wurzelbehandlung durchgeführt, der liebe Arzt spritzt ein und legt 3 Sekunden später los brutal und unfreundlich. Diese Praxis empfehle ich niemanden. Ins Behandlungsraum, der Arzt war sehr hektisch und unfreundlich obwohl wir schon bekannt gegeben haben das der Patient sehr empfindlich ist. Beim Schmerzen während Behandlung, der Arzt wollte gleich eine Anästhesie geben. Er wollte kein Anästhesie bekommen und der Arzt sagte: "Dann musst er aushalten weil ich kein Zeit habe!" Lieber Herr Dr., Sie sollen für alle Ihrer Patienten Zeit und Geduld haben. Ich bin selbst eine ausgebildete Zahnarzt Fachassistentin und sowas für eine unfreundliche Verhaltung habe noch nie gesehen. Leider für schmerzempfindliche und sensible Patienten gar nicht zu empfehlen. With an appointment, 1.5 hours of waiting time. The receptionist was very rude. E	Eveline Neubauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach TOP und kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Bei mir war es ja nicht gerade einfach und es wurden mir einige Zähne in 2 Minuten gerissen. Schmerzlos, ich konnte es kaum glauben und dann stand auch noch die OP an. Ich wurde immer am Laufenden gehalten und wartete, bis ich was spüre, aber ich hörte nur die Geräusche und dachte nur an die schönen Dinge im Leben. Mittlerweile sind 10 Tage vergangen, ich war nicht weder blau noch stark geschwollen, nie Schmerzen und war mittlerweile einige Male zur Nachkontrolle. Von den Assistentin bis zur Rezeption einfach TOP. Danke an Alle, ihr seid ein ganz besonderes Team, wo Wertschätzung und Respekt einen hohen Stellenwert erlebt. Zumindest meine persönliche Erfahrung war, dass die Wartezeiten sehr lange sind, wenn mehrere Dinge zu machen sind, muss man mehrmals für Kleinigkeiten einen neuen Termin machen. Erst kürzlich wurde ich mit einer ausgefallenen Füllung abgewiesen weil es anscheinend keine Chance gab einen Termin einzuschieben. Mir wurde beim Empfang keine Empathie für meine Situation und auch kein Alternativvorschlag entgegengebracht. Deshalb werde ich meinen Zahnarzt wohl nun wechseln. Medizinisch kann man jedoch keine Kritik üben. Dr. Ivancic ist sehr kompetent und einfühlsam und bei den Behandlungen selbst hatte ich nie etwas auszusetzen. Es scheitert hier wohl leider an der Organisation wodurch auch die Dame vom Empfang überfordert wirkt und vielleicht dadurch die Patienten nicht mehr so freundlich behandelt wie es wünschenswert wäre.
