★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unflexibel wenn es, in einer Ausnahme-Situatuon um eine halbe Stunde über die Öffnungszeit gehen würde, aber dem Kunden Vorwürfe bzw. ein schlechtes Gewissen machen wenn er mal kurzfristig absagen bzw. umdisponieren muss!!! Keine sonderlich kundenfreundliche Aktion, leider!
Inflexible if, in an exceptional situation, it would go half an hour over the opening time, but reproach the customer or feel guilty if he has to cancel or reschedule at short notice! Not a particularly customer-friendly campaign, unfortunately!
