★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte dort meine Scheiben folieren lassen, Als ich das Auto wieder abgeholt habe musste ich festellen das sich unter der Folie Luftblasen befinden, daraufhin sagte mir der Mann das sei völlig normal und das verschwindet sobald die Folie getrocknet ist(6-8 Wochen)?
Übrigens war ich jetzt bei einem Konkurenz Betrieb und die sagten mir das sich unter der Folie staub und sonstige Dreck befindet!
Somit bekommt ihr von mir normal 0 Sterne aber das geht ja nicht bei Google?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da macht man 1½ Wochen im Voraus um 9°° einen Termin aus, nimmt sich Urlaub, fährt hin und dann heißt es das Material sei nicht da. Vorher Anzurufen oder SMS/E-Mail zu schreiben ist anscheinend zu schwer. Aber es sollte um 10°° kommen. Angerufen wurde ich dann um 15°° dass es noch immer nicht da ist.
Fazit: den ganzen Tag verplempert und insgesamt 103km (hin/retour) umsonst gefahren für Garnichts. Nichtmal eine Entschuldigung.
Since you make 1½ weeks in advance at 9 °° an appointment, takes a vacation, goes there and then it says the material is not there. Calling ahead or writing an SMS / e-mail is apparently too difficult. But it should come to 10 °°. I was called at 15 °° that it is still not there.
Conclusion: the whole day wasted and a total of 103km (back / forth) drove in vain for nothing. Not even an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mann und Firma Wrap machen einen Termin am 27.07.2020 um 9.00 Uhr aus. Mann und Frau richten ihren ganzen Tagesablauf nach diesem Termin, da Firma Wrap ja am Handy sagte, gar kein Problem, alles frei für den Tag, aber kommen sie um 9. Mann und Frau kommen um 9. Eingang zu. Firma nicht da. War wohl doch ein Problem. Wünsche Firma Wrap einen entspannten Urlaub, denn manch andere wünschen sich an ihren freien Tag nicht sinnlos in die Stadt gejagt zu werden. Hey, das nächste mal (was es bestimmt nicht geben wird, spreche im Sinne anderer) - wir, die wir mit unserem Handy einen Termin vereinbart haben, besitzen ein Handy, dass auch fähig ist Anrufe anzunehmen! Ist ja nicht so, als wäre das nicht möglich gewesen.
Unmöglich und total unprofessionell!

Mann and the company Wrap make an appointment on July 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Man and woman adjust their whole daily routine after this appointment, since company Wrap said yes on the cell phone, no problem at all, everything free for the day, but they arrive at 9th. Man and woman arrive at 9th entrance. Company not there. It was probably a problem. Wrap wishes a relaxing holiday, because some others do not wish to be chased into the city on their day off. Hey, next time (what will definitely not exist, speak in the sense of others) - we, who we have made an appointment with our cell phone, have a cell phone that is also able to take calls! It's not as if that wasn't possible.
Impossible and totally unprofessional!
