★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als seriöser Makler sollte man zumindest fähig sein potentiellen Käufern auf Anfragen zu antworten. Ganz zu schweigen davon dass man die Liste seiner Immobilien immer aktuell halten sollte und bereits verkaufte Objekte entfernen. Sich einfach "tot" stellen ist nicht seriös.
As a serious broker you should at least be able to respond to inquiries from potential buyers. Not to mention that you should keep the list of his real estate always up to date and remove already sold objects. Simply "dead" is not serious.
