Der wirklich super nette Mitarbeiter (jung und arbeitet erst 1 woche dort) hat mich sehr gut beraten und er wusste definitiv von was er spricht. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und gehe immer wieder gerne zu euch. Top motiviertes und nettes Team :)
Was there today and got advice on soundbars, then bought one too. The really nice employee (young and only works there for 1 week) gave me very good advice and he definitely knew what he was talking about. I am very satisfied with the product and always happy to visit you. Top motivated and nice team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere alte Waschmaschine ging kaputt. Die telefonische Terminvergabe und Beratung war schnell und kompetent. Nach dem Wochenende war ein Servicetechniker bei uns die alte Waschmaschine anschauen. Schnell hat er festgestellt das ein Motorschaden vorliegt, und hat uns gleich zu einer neuen Maschine geraten und uns erklärt welche vor und Nachteile die einzelnen Modelle und Marken haben. Am Nachmittag fuhren wir gleich ins Geschäft um eine neue zu holen. Modell und Marke hatten wir bereits vorab zuhause ausgesucht. Leider war die Verkäuferin im Geschäft so unfreundlich zu meiner schwangeren (und daher nicht geimpften) Frau. Die Verkäuferin wollte meine Frau gar nicht ins Geschäft lassen. Bis meine Frau ihr dann auch nicht mehr freundlich zu verstehen gab, das die alte WM kaputt ist, der Techniker da war und das neue Modell nur mehr bezahlt und eingeladen werden muss. Es ist eine Frechheit wie die Verkäuferin sich verhalten hat und wir sind uns sicher bei der speziellen Damen nichts mehr zu kaufen. So wird wieder alles online gekauft und heimische Betriebe nicht mehr unterstützt. 2G gilt nicht für schwangere. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Our old washing machine broke. The telephone appointment and consultation was quick and competent. After the weekend, a service technician came to see the old washing machine. He quickly determined that there was engine damage and immediately advised us on a new machine and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the individual models and brands. In the afternoon we went straight to the shop to get a new one. We had already selected the model and brand at home in advance. Unfortunately the shop assistant was so rude to my pregnant (and therefore not vaccinated) wife. The saleswoman didn't even want to let my wife into the shop. Until my wife no longer gave her a friendly explanation that the old WM was broken, the technician was there and the new model only had to be paid for and loaded. It's cheeky how the saleswoman behaved and we're sure we won't buy anything more from the special lady. Everything is bought online again and local businesses are no longer supported. 2G does not apply to pregnant women. Kind regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir einen Ofen mit Ceranfeld gekauft und die Beratung war soweit gut, Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten und das Kabel war nicht dabei hatte mit ihnen ausgemacht das sie das Kabel anschließen und ich nur das Kabel bezahlen muss.... Im Endeffekt muss ich knapp 63€ bezahlen fürs Kabel und zum anschließen!
Das ist echt eine Frechheit, die sehen mich nie wieder!
I bought an oven with a ceramic hob and the advice was good so far, the delivery date was not met and the cable was not included, I had agreed with them that they would connect the cable and I only have to pay for the cable.... In the end I have to pay almost 63 Pay € for the cable and to connect!
That's really cheeky, they'll never see me again!
