★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gibt es kein kundenorientiertes Verhalten. Zahlung hat sich um einen Tag verzögert, daraufhin wird man mit erzieherischen Maßnahmen wie einer Mahngebühr genötigt. Leider sitzen die Herrschaften auf ihrem Monopol und somit wird sich an dieser kundenfeindlichen Art und Weise auch nix ändern. Pfui
There is no customer-oriented behavior here. Payment was delayed by one day, after which you are forced to take educational measures such as a reminder fee. Unfortunately, the gentlemen sit on their monopoly and so nothing will change in this anti-customer manner. Pooh

Habe heute nochmal angerufen und heute war auch nichts.. wirklich..??
The emails are not answered and calls will not be lifted for days .. I think I'm looking for you with you there more people there .. fun but really what's that? I called 4 times last week and no one has lifted off. I called again today and today was nothing .. really .. ??
