D	Daniela Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Heilandskirche am Ölberg ist ein neugotisches Juwel. Gebaut 1900 blickt sie seit 120 Jahren ins Mürztal hinein und kündet von der Ökumene im Mürztal. Maßgeblich an der Erbauung der Kirche war durch eine von ihm initierte Spendensammlung Peter Rosegger. Auf seinen Wunsch wurde in dieser evangelischen Kirche als einziger in ganz Österreich ein Bild, auf dem - auch- Maria zu sehen ist, angebracht. Es handelt sich um eine autorisierte Kopie des Bildes "Die Heilige Familie" von Defregger. Die Kirche ist seit 2019 rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Der Altarraum wird allerdings außerhalb der Gottesdienstzeiten durch ein Eisengitter abgetrennt. Im Vorraum befindet sich ein Minutenlicht für den Altarraum, das dann auch besagtes Bild gut ausstrahlt. Im Vorraum befinden sich Folder, auf denen die Kirchengeschichte kurz vorgestellt wird. Ebenfalls liegt ein Gästebuch auf wie auch Gemeindebriefe mit aktuellen Informationen. Eine Kirchenführung kann über das Sekretariat bzw. über die Pfarrerin angefragt werden. (Beide Telefonnummern siehe Homepage) Im Sommer gibt es das Angebot der "Offenen Kirche" sowie Medidationsgottesdienste. Gottesdienste finden in der Regel jeden zweiten Sonntag von 9.30 bis 10.30 Uhr statt (1. und 3.Sonntag). Am ersten Sonntag/Monat mit Abendmahl. (dzt ausgesetzt) The Heilandskirche on the Mount of Olives is a neo-Gothic jewel. Built in 1900, it has been looking into the Mürz Valley for 120 years and heralds the ecumenical movement in the Mürz Valley. A fundraising fundraiser initiated by Peter Rosegger played a decisive role in the building of the church. At his request, this Protestant church was the only one in all of Austria to have a picture on which - also - Mary can be seen. It is an authorized copy of Defregger's picture "The Holy Family". The church has been open 24/7 since 2019. The chancel is separated by an iron grating outside of the service times. In the anteroom there is a minute light for the chancel, which then also emits the said image well. In the anteroom there are folders on which the history of the church is briefly presented. There is also a guest book as well as community letters with current information. A church tour can be requested through the secretariat or the pastor. (See website for both telephone numbers) In summer there is the "Open Church" offer as well as meditation services. Services usually take place every second Sunday from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. (1st and 3rd Sunday). On the first Sunday / month with the Lord's Supper. (currently suspended)
