★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHUNG vor den Billigpreisen. In der Zeitung wird um unter 2000€ für einen Thermentausch geworden. Der Endpreis lag bei mir dann bei 3000€, des weiteren wurde ein Gashahn nicht getauscht der bei der Überprüfung durch die Wiener Netze als Gasundicht bemängelt worden ist. NIE WIEDER.
Merkt euch, wer billig kauft, kauft teuer.
BEWARE of the cheap prices. In the newspaper it has become less than 2000 € for a thermal exchange. The final price for me was then 3000 €, furthermore a gas tap was not exchanged, which was criticized as a gas leak during the inspection by Wiener Netze. NEVER AGAIN.
Remember, who buys cheap, buys dear.

Ich habe angerufen und wurde mit einem cirka Betrag abgespeist und als ich dann genauer wissen wollte was dieser Preis beinhaltet oder ob Mehrkosten entstünden würde die sehr unfreundliche Dame furios und meinte dass es ihr reicht und sie nun kein Interesse mehr hat weil es ihr zu kompliziert wäre. Ich soll das jetzt so hinnehmen und punkt. Wenn man wissen möchte wie viel eine Leistung kostet damit man nicht, wie es oft bei Handwerkern der Fall ist, überrascht wird und dann so behandelt wird dann ist das definitiv nicht kundenfreundlich und so lässt man sich auch nicht gerne behandeln! Absolut keine Art!
This is definitely not the way to treat customers! I called and was fobbed off with about an amount and when I wanted to know more precisely what this price includes or whether additional costs would arise, the very unfriendly lady furiously said that she had enough and she was no longer interested because it was too complicated for her . I'm supposed to accept it now and period. If you want to know how much a service costs so that you are not surprised, as is often the case with craftsmen, and then treated that way, then it is definitely not customer-friendly and you don't like being treated like that! Absolutely no kind!
