m	matthias o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betrifft Kfz-Anhänger Zulassung! Andere Dienstleistungen kann ich nicht beurteilen! Leider scheint das Personal nocht mit den Regeln der StVo vertraut zu sein. Bei dem Versuch einen gebremsten Anhänger anzumelden, war es nicht möglich, den für 1300kg typisierten Anhänger, obwohl bandbreite von 950-1300kg im Typenschein vermerkt, auf 1200kg höchst zulässiges Gesamtgewicht, meinem Zugfahrzeug entsprechend, anzumelden. Aussage des Personals: wir melden das immer mit dem Maximalgewicht an. Trotz Verweis auf den Text in den COC Papieren, keine Anmeldung auf 1200kg möglich. 45min meines Lebens leider verschwendet ACHTUNG! wenn kein CE Führerschein vorhanden, zählt das hzgg im Zulassungsschein, nicht das tatsächliche gewicht! Strafen bei Verkehrskontrolle, wenn nur B vorhanden, vorprogrammiert! (fahren ohne Lenkerberechtigung!) In der nächsten Zulassungsstelle alles kein Problem, war nach 15min erledigt. Sehr unkompliziert, es war nur ein Ausweis (Führerschein reicht aus) von mir benötigt, dafür kein zweiter Teil des alten Zulassungsscheins und kein Typenschein. Danke sehr! Hab meinen Typenschein verloren, wollte ein Duplikat-Genehmigungsdokument ausstellen lassen verwies sie mich zur Polizei sodass ich eine Verlustanzeige machen soll, diese verwehrte mir dies mit der Aussage sie seien nur für Verlust behördlicher Dokumente zuständig und zeigten mir den Gesetzesausdruck worin explizit drinnen steht das nur bei Diebstahl eine Anzeige zu verrichten sei, bei Verlust allerdings nicht! Und bei der Zulassungsstelle zurück meinte sie ich solle eine Diebstahl Anzeige machen dies sei dasselbe ob Verlust od Diebstahl sei für sie dasselbe! Einfach nicht zu empfehlen ! Hatte Ausweis, Kennzeichen und Zulassungsschein mitgehabt ! Simmeringer halt... I absolutely can not recommend !!! Lieber Herr Milan, auch wenn Sie unfähig sind "guten Morgen" und "auf Wiedersehen" zu sagen, erwarte ich mir in erster Linie gute Beratung. Falls Sie der Meinung sein sollten Ihren Traumberuf gefunden zu haben, muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass Sie dringendst eine Einschulung bezüglich Ihrer Tätigkeiten brauchen, da Sie ja anscheinend nicht wissen was so alles in Ihren Arbeitsbereich fällt. Des Weiteren empfehle ich eine - was man ansonsten von zu Hause mitnimmt - Bonton-Schulung, wo man lernt wie man Menschen grüßt und wie und wann "Bitte/Danke" ein zu setzen ist. Ich hätte mir wirklich eine simple Zulassung gewünscht, doch Sie waren nur: desinteressiert, herablassend und arrogant. Ich hoffe sehr hiermit geholfen zu haben und lege Allen - die eine kompetente und professionelle Abwicklung Ihrer Anforderung erwarten - ans Herz, einen großen Bogen um diese Zulassungsstelle zu machen.
