★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer hier kauft und ein Problem hat, dem wird nicht geholfen, alle Anfragen sehr lange nicht beantwortet, Antwort kommt nur auf beharrliches Nachfragen, Reklamation von mangelhafter Ware, die bereits enorme Kosten für uns verusacht hat wird ebenso beharrlich IGNORIERT trotz vielfacher Urgenz, bis dato wurde keine Lösung angeboten - seit einem Dreiviertel Jahr nicht!!!! Jetzt, nach diesem 3/4 Jahr wird verlangt, dass wir auf UNSRE Kosten die mangelhafte Ware zurückschicken, damit sie prüfen können, ob die Ware wirklich mangelhaft ist (es geht um undichte Bag in the Box Säcke, die dauernd auslaufen.
 Anyone who buys here and has a problem is not helped, all inquiries are not answered for a long time, the answer only comes to persistent inquiries, complaints about defective goods, which have already caused enormous costs for us, are also persistently IGNORED despite multiple urges to date no solution was offered - not for nine months !!!! Now, after this 3/4 year, it is required that we send back the defective goods at OUR expense so that you can check whether the goods are really defective (it is about leaky bag in the box bags that are constantly leaking.
