W strefie przyjęć w magazynie jest czysto i wszędzie jest porządek. Magazyn pracuje w godzinach 8-16. Po przybyciu na miejsce, meldujemy się w magazynie. Magazynier przydziela numer rampy. Następnie dostajemy wózek widłowy i rozładowujemy na wyznaczone miejsce, po rozładunku CMR przynosi magazynier. Rozładunek bez zbędnego oczekiwania Podsumowując bardzo porządna firma. Miło będzie Państwa ponownie odwiedzić. A perfectly managed company, all employees know what to do. The warehouse employees are very nice, friendly and helpful. Fazit: supper Service, reibungslose Lieferung, gute Qualität. Werde sicher wieder bei Ihnen bestellen. I ordered 125g jars and selected the wrong lid, 2 hours later I was informed that the lids did not fit the jars and whether you should change that, I wrote back immediately and the order was changed smoothly. Conclusion: great service, smooth delivery, good quality. Will definitely order from you again.

Ich wurde sehr gut beraten und die Produkte wurden schnell bereitgestellt. Schnelle Rückmeldung vom Kundendienst und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort! Kurz gesagt bin ich positiv überrascht und werde hoffentlich wieder einmal hier einkaufen! Unfortunately, it didn't quite work out the first time. However, my second visit went much better! So I made a quick call on the nr provided and the lady who answered the phone was very informative about the bottles and caps and quantities I was looking for, so I did place my order online after hanged up the phone and got a confirmation email, followed by the paypal invoice two hours later. Received a call the next day from a Hungarian courier company to see if I can receive the parcel the following day, and they delivered it today. So I have to say, they are real and very good at price, shipping and overall. Highly recommended.
