Die Reise hat uns über 4000 Euro gekostet und bis jetzt keinen Euro aufs Konto zurückbekommen. Werden seit 1 Jahr nur vertröstet und hingehalten. Nie wieder ETI Nile cruise was canceled due to corona. Getting a flight home with great difficulty. The trip cost us over 4000 euros and so far we have not received a euro back on our account. Have only been put off and put off for 1 year. Never again ETI

Hoffen dass wir bald wieder fliegen können und die Qualität der Reisen nicht abgenommen haben Likes to travel to Egypt with ETI. Had to wait 4 months for our money after the trip was canceled due to Covid19. Hope that we can fly again soon and that the quality of the trips has not deteriorated

Heuer haben wir storniert. Regular customer is worthless we should fly from Stuttgart now. Are no longer quite correct. If things go further, we will book FTI Labrada 2022. This year we canceled.

I	Ivo Markus Porsche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten Reise nach Makadi im Reisebüro buchen, dieses bekam kaum Antwort von ETI, nach Tagen die Aufforderung, "kostet jetzt EUR 55,-- pro Person mehr". Wir haben eingewilligt, wieder tagelang keine Antworten, dann am Samstag kam Buchungsbestätigung, am Sonntag der Flug. In Zeiten geringer Auslastung darf man kundenorientiertes schnelles Handeln voraussetzen! Wird es hier eine Antwort geben? Wahrscheinlich nicht..... Wanted to book a trip to Makadi in the travel agency, this hardly got an answer from ETI, after days the request "now costs EUR 55, - more per person". We agreed, again no answers for days, then on Saturday the booking confirmation came, on Sunday the flight. In times of low workload you can expect quick, customer-oriented action! Will there be an answer here? Probably not.....
W	Woolf1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zahlt das geld an eure Kunden zurück dann gibt's wieder 5 Sterne. Nach wie vor kein Geld. Nun sinds 3 Monate her. Nach Besuch bei meinem Anwalt 3 Wochen später war das Geld da. Nicht vergessen daß die Mitarbeiter Nichts dafür können wenn man Anruft. Meistens nur vormittags zu erreichen.(Home-Office) Pay the money back to your customers and you'll get 5 stars again. Still no money. It's been 3 months now. After visiting my lawyer The money was there 3 weeks later. Don't forget that the staff can't help it if you call. Usually only reachable in the morning (home office)
R	Ramona K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach über 1 Jahr (April 2020) habe ich nun endlich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass dies über ein Schreiben der AK möglich war. Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung von ETI und ich werde auch wieder einen Ägyptenurlaub über ETI buchen. Jedoch ab jetzt immer mit zusätzlichen Stornoschutz ;) After more than 1 year (April 2020) I finally got my money back. I am very happy that this was possible through a letter from the AK. So far I have been very satisfied with the performance of ETI and I will book a vacation to Egypt through ETI again. But from now on always with additional cancellation protection;)
